I usually don’t review more casual restaurants, but I felt it to be worthwhile to note that the staff has always been excellent here in the little over 2 years that this location has been open.The last time I went there on Friday, I had placed a mobile order rather late (like a minute before I pulled up). Once I got to the window, the level of customer service I received baffled me. I was told in the absolute nicest way that the order was just printed up on their side and it would be a little bit before it would be done. Lol. It took like 30 seconds. I was thanked, and sent on my way.Honestly, the guys there were so nice that I felt like I had something in my teeth or something, but I didn’t! Maybe I can't explain how genuine and nice these guys were, but I drove off a little and said to my wife, no, I need to go in and say something, so I got my lazy self out of the car, walked in, and gave the gentleman a tip because I was just so impressed. I haven’t had service at this level in a casual establishment since pre COVID and it was a breath of fresh air. I have been going to this JJ’s since it opened and will continue to do so!(The team was 2 younger men, a taller black man who made this delicious treasure, and a thinner looking white male. Sorry I didn’t get names I just hope they get some kind of recognition)Vegetarian options: The veggie rocks. It's literally just cheese and 'freebies' But pair that with JJ's amazing bread and you have a game changer.

I ordered Regular, wheat bread, ham, and cheese only. Plus Regular, wheat, tuna, lettuce, pickle, onion. I received Regular, white bread, tuna, pickle, onion, no lettuce. Slim, wheat, ham, cheese. Both sandwiches were wrong. I was the only person in the drive thru and the inside was empty. This was my first and last time to this establishment. Needless to say, I went to Uncle Sams and got the correct order.

It's Jimmy John's! Good sandwich but what makes it a better experience is definitely the staff!
Prices on drive thru sign are not what they are charging. Price says $8.72 . And when i get to window price is 10.74 .. i believe. ..yes i know theres tax ..Asked y the discrepancy and he said the signs wrong .... And insist i pay more this location can keep their sandwich...... Edited to reflect answer from owner.... These are the specifics the drive thru sign has a different price than wht is being charged at the window ... Ive bought a half dozen sandwiches thinking they were one price only to be charged another . And in the end have someone say they know the price listed is wrong. but dont mind the sign just pay what i tell you those are the specifics.... $10 .75 is crazy for an eight inch sandwhich il get a picture of your drive thru and a picture of recept and post pics if i remember

As a former worker for this place, I have nothing but great things to say about the workers. The General Manager Logan, with his assistant managers and workers will definitely make it your while. Staff will always be friendly and the food will always be perfect. If Logan or any current/former worker in this store is reading this I can’t wait to come back down in the near future
