Only reason for 2 stars overall I'd food quality. Took about 15 mins to get sub Sunday October 29th at about 2pm. Server barely said 2 words to me. Not rude but obviously did not care about much. She was backed up w orders as 2 other employees were present not helping her one was dealing w garabge. Also what's so frustrating is that when you pay before your sub is even made it default to tip 20pct. What a joke. You have to select other to go to 0 tip. Wow Jimmy John's is this how you run your show. Wow went it to place an order cause I'm on my lunch break have an hour and walked in to place an order and employee says you want to place an order or pick up , I said place an order . She said well you will have to wait cause I'm doing a big order I waited about 15 mins. Jimmy John get your head out of your ASS SO DONT GO TO JIMMY JOHNS IF THEY HAVE BIG ORDERS

I haven’t had the pleasure of living near or visiting an area with Jimmy John’s in over 8 years. I decided to indulge on my way to the airport to fly out of Phoenix back to Alaska.My order was simple. A #11 with no tomato and no mayo. I got all the way to the airport, through security, sat down and opened my sandwich I’ve been holding out for for 8 years. Mayonnaise freakin city all in my sandwich.Disappointed is an understatement.
