My experience with Burger King was trash and very disappointing. I just order a spider man multiverse and got a basic number 1 meal with a flat drink and the cup is just regular Burger King cup so much for the multiverse meal and the food isn't hot it's cold very poor servic.

just stopped by for lunch had a 10 minute wait with 3 cars... and then forgot my lettuce and tomato which i paid extra for on a stale spicy chicken sandwhich. wish i could give it negative stars. at least the sprite was flat to really cap off the experience. location looks nice and new so you should probably close it while youre ahead.

My order is always wrong ive never gotten an order the way I wanted it, its almost like mcdonalds now. Their always messing up the order I asked for a normal chicken sandwich with nothing on it besides chicken and the bread but then I got a whole different scene from what I got

So basically we pulled into the drive-through at 10:30 (the drive-through closes at 11) and we didn't get a response from the speaker after sitting there and calling for someone for five minutes. Then, we pulled over and walked into the dining area, where there were no workers in the entire building. After a few seconds a worker ran from behind a car and stopped us from walking in further telling us that the dining was closed. BUT SHE HADNT LOCKED THE DOORS. anyway she proceeded to call someone name jackie about five times and then walked back behind the car where her and her friend were hiding and smoking. We assumed somebody was now inside so we pulled back into the drive-through with no answer. Fed up with all burger kings, we drove away hungry.

I ordered my food on the app, it charged my card and everything. I get to the location and wait about 5-10 minutes at the speakers before saying "hello", all the while submitting another order on the app. Instead of saying anything they shut off all the lights outside the building. So I pull to the window and they wave bye and I wave back insisting they come to the window. I tell them I ordered my food already on the app which said they were still open, so I needed my food or a refund.I'm so disappointed and irritated, it's not even funny. Got that food and EVERYTHING IS COLD. Like how does that even happen? Not cold like it's been sitting under the heat lamps for a while but cold like it's been in the fridge after it was cooked.If I could give 0 stars right how I would.

DONT PUT CHEESE WHEN PEOPLE ASK FOR NO CHEESE! Vegans can not eat the burger if you put cheese. I appreciate y'all greatly.

Trash location. No sense of urgency here. No leadership. Delete the whole roster, and rebuild from scratch with real true management and leadership. I'm waiting on my food and still have time to write this, and I ordered over 7 minutes ago, snd still standing here. Never again. Don't waste your time here.

omg where do i start??? so we are in the drive thru for about 15 min we finally get up to the speaker and this man tells me he's closing the drive thru i immediately said why? it's noon on a saturday and your closing the drive thru he said you have to come in meanwhile i got 2 cars behind me so i tell them the drive thru is closed we all back out i'm highly upset because we just sat here for 15 or 20 min so i finally get out the drive thru and park i go in and i see them serving the drive thru again so i said what is going on!? he said i had to catch up on orders i said well you could have told me that i would have waited in my car i told him how rude and unprofessional he was and asked him for corporates number and his name never gave me corporates number told me his name is sam and that's all i need to know then walked away.....wow! that is completely insane! what a joke this place is and a manager name sam is definently a joke!
