We have been going to King Gyros at 43rd Ave and TBird for close to 20 years! It is a real family restaurant. The food is always great. We usually get gyros-I with French fries and Husband gets onion rings-we don't even have to order when they see us it is an automatic order. How is that for service? "What do I want for dinner" is a question not easily answered at King Gyros-with pitas, pasta, salads and all the sides to order. Our suggestion is to try everything on the menu! You will not be disappointed.

Best Falafal salad I’ve ever had, hands down. I eat a Mediterranean diet, so I’ve been to a lot of Greek restaurants. This food and service bypassed any business I’ve been to. The baklava was also the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.

Just had lunch here today. Hands down the best gyros we have eaten here in AZ. Just the right amount of sear on the outer layer of meat to tender meat in every bite. Huge Pita sandwich for under $10. Everywhere else we had gyros the past 12 yrs has not been good as far as quality portion and most important taste.. A big thank you for the nice lady upfront who stopped by to chat when the lunch crowd dispersed. She is the owner and is like one of my aunts, a genuinely nice person.. This will be our go to for gyros and other menu items. Salad was great too.

This is our only Greek place. There is no other option because this is the absolute best one. We always get the gyro salad and it's just perfect. There is not one bad thing to say about this place. We love it here. Service is always superb, whether you're dine in or take out. The only negative is that they aren't open on Sundays, but I guess they deserve one day off . EAT HERE!!! You'll love it.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We both had heard great reviews but..... We won't be going back again. The woman taking our order not once put a smile on her face. We told her it was our first time in and she didn't care whether we stayed or walked out. I was also VERY disappointed that there was no fresh brewed iced tea. We live in AZ and a lot of people drink fresh iced tea (not the junk out of the soda dispenser). Sad lunch experience!
