This was our first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful about explaining the various food items. All the food was fresh and delicious. And the drinks were different than the standard soft drinks. The cherry cream soda was especially tasty. We will definitely be going back!

It was good for whatever they have, but I think they need to add more selections on the food they offer. The service was great.

Look, the bathroom was actually pretty nice but as my girlfriend put it, the whole place stinks like a damn cat kennel. I don't even think cat is quite accurate though. In fact, I don't think I recognized the smell whatsoever, which is pretty rare at this stage of life. Like how often to you get to experience an entirely new smell? I don't know but I'd prefer it to not be at a restaurant. Plus you never get used to it either. The yoga mat cat kennel smell just... lingers.

Hands-down, some of the best pokey I’ve ever had as well as the services phenomenal the person at the counter made me feel welcome and made me want to come back more often and I feel like I got treated very well here. I’m definitely would recommend this place to anybody and everybody to at least try once, and I guarantee you’ll be addicted.

Had the MEDIUM POKE BOWL (3) via Doordash in the Biltmore area. This is so sad to write as I’ve been going to Koibito for years now (at least the one on Scottsdale Rd near Doubletree previously) and they used to be top tier for poke bowls, but with my last two orders, the salmon has been bizarrely awful and actually inedible. They’re now these small *cubes* of extremely pale peach almost flesh colored pieces that have the oddest straight mush texture and lack any flavor at all. I’ve never had poke salmon like this in my life and they’ve clearly changed their supplier. I had to eat around the salmon (my absolute favorite part of a poke bowl) and threw the rest out. Not sure what happened to Koibito, but what a shame =(

Best tasting poke I've had in a while. Fresh fish, toppings, and delicious sauces! I loved how open, bright, and clean the establishment is. Jake was awesome and prepped my bowl nicely, I loved his enthusiasm! I got a medium poke bowl with tuna, salmon, and octopus. I added lots of toppings and went with the spicy shoyu sauce. I also got a strawberry dragon fruit drink which was refreshing. 10/10!! This is going to be my go to lunch spot.

Ordered poke bowls a few times, and the small bowl portion is more than sufficient for lunch during workdays.

This location is not in affiliation anymore with the North Scottsdale Koi Poke even though the name and logo remains the same. And you can certainly tell from the quality of the poke - it's just not as fresh as the north Scottsdale location and if you go closer to closing time, then it's even worse with many items being out. I think overall you can expect about the same quality as other typical poke chains in town. Not the worst but certainly not the best.
