Yummmm! I read the reviews which were great, so I took a friend there for girls night! We loved everything!! The restaurant itself is tucked away a bit, but is so cute comfy! We ordered nachos which were so good, and was a huge portion! I got the Carne Asada plate and normally I don't eat a ton of meat, but it was cooked perfectly and was so tender and juicy with great flavors! My friend got the taco plate- which she liked, and said the fish tacos were the best! The only downfall here was that she wanted the 5-taco plate but it comes with a shrimp taco and she's allergic and they wouldn't let her swap it out without an up charge which is a little unfair- but she ended up being very happy with the 3 instead! We also ordered the churros for dessert and they were served hot and fresh and were probably the best churros I've ever had! I'd highly recommend this place!

The carne asada burrito is actually pretty good and flavorful, I have no complaints about the flavor of food. My only criticism is there is a beautiful outdoor patio and they don't allow dogs which is pretty common for the restaurants around me.

Ladera is a comfortable, pleasant restaurant with an outstanding kitchen. All our dishes were consistently high quality, well prepared and delicious. The service was prompt and friendly. A great place for a family or friends get-together.

We called ahead to get on the “list” which did us no good. I can’t tell you if the food is good because the service is less than ideal and after 40 mins we left. While waiting for our table we could only buy drinks. So while you wait no chips or salsa because we weren’t sitting in the right section. Not sure this place is trying to make money. Don’t waste your time, you’re probably better off going to el pollo loco.

I recommend this restaurant highly! I took my meet up group there and the owner waitress and staff welcomed us and treated us wonderfully. I know that we were a big group and was a little bit overwhelming for a waitress but she handled everything beautifully and got everybody their drinks and appetizers. The food is excellent here and the margaritas are the best I have ever tasted in several months. The prices are very affordable especially during happy hour. I have brought my group of 15 people for brunch there one Sunday and the food was absolutely delicious. They have a beautiful open patio with a fireplace and a grassy area in the back that is perfect for big gatherings and weddings. I will definitely come back to this place with my friends because their bar is absolutely beautiful also with elegant upholster seating.

Fish Tacos were superb and everything our group had for dinner was perfect. Dessert churros and cheesecake fabulous. No reservations and it was a wait, although a bit less than predicted. (We wanted to be in the partially outdoor area. Wait time for indoors was shorter). Service was friendly. Drinks came promptly. And entrees arrived quicker than I have ever experienced, although it did take longer to get the rest of our food on a busy night, which was the only complaint. but the location was lovely, so we were in no rush.

This place has an amazing patio to sit out on and eat and drink when the weather is nice. The food is also quite good. I would classify it as fancy more expensive Mexican. We were celebrating a birthday so we had a larger group and were told they did not take reservations when we called days before but of course as we waited we heard people coming in with reservations. That was annoying as we could not get onto the beautiful patio area and had to eat inside on the gorgeous night.

This was the perfect place to have a catch-up dinner. We sat outside on the patio since the weather was perfect that evening. Our server was extremely attentive and provided many suggestions to the first-timers. The food was all very delicious, but I won't lie; the margaritas were the stars of the table. I went with the Cadillac margarita and my friend chose the coconut. Our drinks, along with all the food- hit the spot. This restaurant has the perfect setting to enjoy a quiet meal over great conversation. And if you've finished your meal and want to continue to talk over drinks, there's a seating area aside from where the tables are located for you to do just that. Again, it's a very chill atmosphere, so if you're looking for a spot to get a little wild, it's best to head elsewhere after dinner. I'm looking forward to coming back again to try other plates options. Im always grateful for places just like this.
The atmosphere is wonderful. The food and drinks are good. The nachos were huge and the banana dessert was amazing. I don't know if they were just understaffed like everyone else right now... because the service was horrible. We waited a long time for everything. I felt like we were forgotten in a corner. We weren't even offered dessert which was strange. The street corn was a little soupy. Black beans only.

Took 40 minutes to get a watered down lemonade. Waitress still didn't take our order when she brought the lemonade. Took another 20 minutes to get the bill to pay $4 for the watered down lemonade. Waste of time.

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING" I've been here 2 times now and I have nothing but positive things to say: -The corn is banging with that chipotle -the barbacoa is flavorful and tender -the tortillas are homemade -the nachos were loaded and delicious I can't wait to come back and try more items on their menu. Amazing customer service as well and beautiful seating everywhere.

Stopped by last night and was told there would be a 15 minute wait. We were then told we couldn't go to the bar to wait so had to go outside. Whatever, no big deal. While waiting outside we watched not one person leave over the course of about 30 minutes but watched about 20-25 people enter and get seated immediately. We heard a group making a comment about "wondering if there would be a wait because they had not made a reservation." They were seated immediately/ After watching that, we left and did not receive a phone call for another 30 minutes. I wouldn't go back on the rude customer service alone. There's hundreds of more places to check out instead of wasting time at a place like this. I'd rather go to chain restaurant, than be turned away by some snot nosed teenager who obviously doesn't know how to do her job.
