Worst pizza ever!! I think they made it this morning and it’s been sitting all day ? Pizza was cold and hard. I haven’t been to Little Caesar’s in a long time but I thought they were pretty good. What a disappointment. Called and they told me to hold on and after 5 minutes someone just picked up the phone and hung up.

Can't order online, can't order over the phone. Every time we do manage to get pizza it's not fresh and the cashiers are rude. We keep trying because it's close to where we live and thankfully our kids aren't terribly picky but this is absolutely the last time. I honestly don't know how this location is in business. Coming from a person in the restaurant business and also a former Little Caesers employee.

The pizza was hot and still fresh, not all dried uphowever the employee spoke really fast was ypung did not make eye contact and when i let him know i didnt understand a word he said he uttered something like "nobodt does" and i find that extremely rude. I sgouldve told management but I let it slide and left.

The last 2 times I have been there, I ordered online and got there in 10 minutes or so. When I got there I saw that my name wasn't on the screen so I stood there watching the kids in the kitchen and noticed that the was an order just like mine sitting on the counter, right next to the kid working. After being there 10 minutes, at least, I spoke to the girl at the register. She went to check on it and picked up the order, that looked just like mine, and brought it to me. I explained how long I was there and she just said to me "here's your order."It happened both times. Worst customer service ever! They need to always have an older adult with the kids that work thereVery upset!!

Ordered 3 deep dish pizzas online. Went to pick them up and was told someone with my first name last initial had just picked them up. Showed the quy behind the counter my pick up code and informed him he just gave someone three free pizzas because I was there to pick up my pizza he just gave away. He offered me my money back or to make more pizzas for me. I chose to wait. The pizzas I got were undercooked. Nothing worse than doughy undercooked pizza. I'm looking for a different place to purchase pizza for sure.

The pizzas are never fully cut. Whatever, we can do it here but it’s annoying. Just don’t even bother if you’re not gonna cut it all the way through. It always takes forever to pick up our order especially since the hot boxes don’t even work. Not like they work at any location really anyway. So our food this time wasn’t even that hot since it was just sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes while we waited to pick it up. The whole point to pick up is the grab and go and now we can’t do that anymore.
