Lolo has played with me for the last time . I usually go to lolos when I'm craving something fried . At 12:26 on a Thursday it was the lunch crowd , I was seated fast with my baby . Then I waited 15mins for someone to help me . Now here is the play directly in my face part . There was a couple that came in after me actually a few came in after me already served and grubbing . I have nothing else to do but look at my atmosphere,the hosted counter is the meet up spot so many pass by conversation at that table but not enough consideration. At 1256 still no plate I gave my full order ask for to go boxes and nothing . I politely got up with my baby that was in a carrier and left . I was so hangry I could of honestly went in the back and served myself . As I drove away I seen a now hiring sgin " baby hire a new manger ..staff and cook line because my stomach upset

Food had no soul it all tasted so bland. Just dipped in batter. . My food came out luke warm. I think the syrup cup was the warmest thing I received. My waffle was good but that's about it.

Always good to eat there. Ate there since they was a small spot and now blown up. But the original spot is the best by far atmosphere and all. Food is worth the wait. You like chicken and waffles then spot by and get a belly full. Thanks, Lo-Lo's always satisfied when we leave.
This place has gone downhill in recent years. Food was so burnt that I sent it back and had it comped and service was terrible. Had to ask multiple different servers for service and had to wait close to 45-50 minutes for food. 0/10

I thank The Lord Above that Lo-Lo’s Pepsi machine was broken that day. why? because i got Kool Aid! She asked what color, i said purple! and then i said red! and she said “no worries, how about i mix em?”So i had a brown Kool Aid. which sounds bad, but it paired wonderfully with my chicken and waffles. My friend Jason had the catfish and he never stopped smiling.

We waited an hour and half to be seated. After our order was taken we was told it would be an additional 45 mins to an hour before our food would be served to us. After going to the restroom seeing how nasty it was I cancelled our order and left. I also witness a man who is the cook with workout black gloves on go into the men's restroom with those same gloves on and come out with those same gloves on to return to the kitchen to cook. NO THANK YOU, I do not eat at people's homes whose bathrooms are unclean; I do not eat at restaurants' who restrooms are filthy. Lastly, the male server asked me if we wanted to take our drinks with us and if so it would cost $10 for 2 Kool - aid drinks. Customer service is trash, sanitary does not exist, and the board of health needs to visit this place.

They have really stepped up this time with the freshness of their food, the waitress was very attentive to my family & my needs. Let's not forget to mention how juicy the chicken breast was & well seasoned. Next time I travel to Phoenix my family & I will be back...

I found Lo Lo’s through a search of restaurants close to downtown Phoenix, read the reviews, and saw that several mentioned the wait time so I came prepared, knowing this wasn’t going to be quick, but based on the reviews, it was going to be worth it.I arrived there and was told it was a 45 minute wait, it was more like 55 but I came prepared to wait so it didn’t bother me at all. What you must understand is this, they’re very popular, very busy, so there’s but so many tables and staff to go around, just be patient.When I was seated, my server greeted me and she was the cutest most pleasant person, I was extremely pleased with her. I may be destroying her name, but I think her name was Jalle (I’m sorry). I ordered the KK’s chicken and waffles option. That comes with two pieces of fried chicken, two waffles, and a side of eggs with cheese and onions with grits. Everything was amazing, I completely forgot about that wait time, screw that wait time, if I had to, I’d wait again.And to top it off, they had a DJ on the wheels playing all the dope throwback jams, I was rocking in my chair half the time I was there, what a great vibe. I’m a New Yorker, but visiting Lo’s made me think about considering Phoenix for a relocation, or at least more frequent visits.
We were looking for a place to have a good down to earth home cooked meal! We were greeted by Lorrie the waitress with a warm smile! Got our beverages and menu’s. She came back, explained the menu to us as it was our first time. We had the 3 piece chicken dinner with the deep fried okra, collard greens, which were wonderful and the Mac and Cheese is to die for! The fried chicken is the best we’ve had in I can’t even remember when! Even if you have to go out of your way to eat there, do so, you won’t be disappointed! We are definitely coming back! Ask for Lorrie, she’s a one of a kind PEACH!P.S. the corn bread is reason enough to eat there!
