My experience at longhorn steakhouse in Metro center .. The waitress Sydney was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Treated me with respect. Everyone's smiling even the manager major came to our table and greeted us. I'm definitely coming back here and telling all of my friends. I wish I could have gave them a better review than other than five stars.

Great food, the service was a little slow for how busy it was, not many guests but still the wait time was a little long. Server didn't check on our table much to check on drinks. Good was delicious, I recommend the Brussel Sprouts.

I went on a Monday evening and it was pretty slow so I would expect the service to be great and it was on point. Had the stuffed mushrooms and spinach and artichoke dip for appetizers and they were both delicious. I'm a vegetarian and there wasn't much for entrees as expected from a steakhouse so I got three sides and they were all fabulous. I had the brussel sprouts which are to die for, the asparagus and the strawberry salad. I tried my friend's cheesecake for dessert and it was great too!
Male host working at 1 PM on Friday was extremely unpleasant and rude.

Went here on a Thursday night. Wow what a great choice! Quick service ask around. I had the chop steak medium cooked to perfect! The ceaser salad was also exceptional

We usually go to a different Longhorn. The steaks at this one weren't as tasty or tender. My husband had some ribs and wasn't impressed. He got a loaded baked potato, which was very dry. My sweet potato was very good. We did like the appetizer shrimp. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. We like the atmosphere at Longhorn. It's always the same.

Why would you ask me what 2 sides I want when my meal comes with 1? upcharge me, then tell me that's what you always do - like it was standard? I've bartended at similar restaurants. Not a cool thing to do.. I am not in the wrong here! Don't appreciate bartender or manger being defensive about the whole thing... Plus my steak came out over cooked (probably because bartender put meals into computer wrong - brought order out wrong twice) Steaks also took forever to come out.Didn't eat the steaks and sad I left hungry paying $103 for two people.

Took 20 minutes to get service from the bar with a 15-minute wait for a table. One would assume getting a drink would have been faster. Thanks to the wonderful couple that came after us and helped us get drinks. Chase our server did the best he could. A medium steak was cooked well done and the amount of salt added to the food required drinking a gallon of water! Let's just end this with I see why they no longer exist in Vegas and this level of service and food quality will make them the next restaurant that crashes and burns.
