Shrimp and fish soup was really good, service was great,place is very clean. My first time there and had a great experience. Will return for the weekend visit

Went there while visiting Phoenix as It was close to our hotel. We took a chance even w the so so reviews and we basically had the restaurant to ourselves. Not sure why nobody was there and really didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. Chips and salsa were tasty. A few of us ordered michaladas and they were delicious. We were all happy w our entrees which included cheese enchiladas, pork verde, carnitas, taco trios and fajitas. Service was good too.

Went in and seen there was a lot of customers , felt that was a good sign .... But I was completely wrong. This is by far the worst Mexican restaurant that I completely regret eating at . Service was horrible , and I'm no Karen. Ordered a michi , there was no straw nor napkins no silverware for our food , took literally 45 min to get our food , and all we ordered was two ceviche tostadas , and a bowl of menudo ! These items are literally always premade . Why in the world it takes 45 min I had no idea ! And when it comes the ceviche had no flavor at all ! Menudo had no homony in it even tho I asked two different waitresses before ordering. I should of know better because I heard a party leaving the restaurant calling the workers assholes ! Worst place ever do not recommend

I went there for lunch the other day. They have a menu that takes a while to go thru. It all sounded good. The food was hot, fresh and had a great taste. I have to say all Mexican restaurants have there own way of making there food. The two different salsa were good. I did order an ice tea but it was not as strong as I make it at. I would go back and I would also tell others how great it was.

Customer service was nowhere in sight, had us waiting forever just order then longer to get your food, then the food is piping hot with no warning... do not recommend!!
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. I called @ 6:53 pm for a pick up order and was told the food would be ready in 45 minutes. 1 hour passed and I called them and was informed my food was ready. I was puzzled as to why I wasn't called but I let it go. I arrive to the restaurant at 8 to only be ignored by all three cashiers/servers, with one vaping directly in my face. 20 minutes later my food comes out cold with brown guacamole. I pay for the food and the cashier couldn't even look me in my eye and was even talking about me in Spanish with her coworker next to me while giving me an attitude as if I did something wrong when I was polite the whole time. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place should be closed.

it has been too long Las Cazuelas. i was visiting a friend and made sure i stopped by. the two options for chips and salsa were delish and we asked for more chips even. i ordered the seafood cocktail and it was a large portion. my friends really liked their dinner too. prices reasonable. staff was great! plenty of parking.

Where to start. No!! Just no! How are they in business? I had a shredded beef taco, green cheese enchilada, rice and beans. No special lunch menu. Dinner prices for lunch, but I still won't return because of the food. The chips are from a bag. The hot sauce was ok. The enchilada barely had cheese in it and was tough to slice with a fork. The taco would have been good if there was meat in it. No lie-- maybe half the size of your pinkie of shredded beef that all came out in 1 bite. But the worst, was maybe 2 tablespoons of beans. What? They're the least expensive to make? The server never came back to ask if everything was good. I guess she knows not to ask! So a crappy 13.85 meal on Cinco de Mayo I will certainly remember!

Amazing atmosphere, very authentic food. They seem to be following all safety and health guidelines. And they have live music on the weekend definitely worth checking out!
