I recently visited McDonald's expecting a quick and convenient meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon placing my order, I anticipated a speedy service characteristic of fast-food chains. However, after ordering, I was directed to the front to wait for what felt like an eternity—20 minutes—to receive my food.The primary appeal of fast-food establishments lies in their ability to provide efficient service, allowing customers to enjoy their meals promptly. Regrettably, this was not the case at McDonald's. Despite the wait, the food I received was disappointingly cold, failing to meet the basic expectation of being served hot and fresh.While I understand that busy periods can result in delays, a 20-minute wait for a fast-food order is excessive and unacceptable. Furthermore, the quality of the food suffered as a result, detracting from the overall dining experience.In conclusion, my recent visit to McDonald's left much to be desired. The prolonged wait time and cold food detracted from what should have been a quick and enjoyable meal. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their service efficiency and food quality to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future patrons.

Absolutely disgusting! Health code violation. Employee brought dog in that was lunging at people and fed it from the table. The manager refused to do anything about it. They should be fired. I’ll never eat here again.

I asked For a value fry, and the lady upfront charged me for a medium, I got my drink, and the employees were busy mopping when the lobby was full making me wait for no reason mind you I'm not getting paid to wait for the floor to dry & when I got my food my fries were cold. Y'all needa step it up come on now
