The staff is friendly and this is no knocks on them. This is a call for help by upper management to potentially have a security guard on site to ensure a controlled environment. The amount of wondering individuals as listed in numerous feedbacks is concerning. Walking up to cars in the drive thru, knocking on windows, etc. Makes it very difficult for your staff to focus on customers and their job. Please assist them with this location ?

A very scary drug infested, drug dealers in the parking lot. Homeless banging on windows of car begging for money and food. We were only there to meet a friend and it was close to airport. The entire neighborhood is homeless haven, dirty, very unsettling. Stay away unless no choice

Terrible locationOrdered 2 drinks and fries from the app. Was told to go be in the curbside pickup after going through drive through. Waited there for about 8minutes before going inside to get the order. Seems they forgot about my orderThe iced coffee and the iced mocha were the worst drinks I’ve had from McD ever. Way too sugary (one of them was supposed to be sugar-free). Had to throw out both the drinks

Went to drive thru and followed an SUV that must have had a large order creating a long delay before getting to spot to order, being asked to wait, and ignored until so frustrated decided to leave but another vehicle blocked our exit - couldn't go forward since SUV still at window - finally vehicle behind backed up and left - I then backed up and left - but not before 2 beggers approached my vehicle asking me to buy them food!! I'm angry, disappointed, and frustrated by the experience and strongly recommend not wasting time at this store. All I wanted was soft serve ice cream for my grandkids.

The manager is walking around the kitchen in Crocs with no socks. I'm a delivery worker and wouldn't have known if they had just handed my food to me through the order window when I drove through. But they made me come inside instead and I had to see that. Super gross, super gross.
