I've always been hesitant to come inside this location as it's in a highly populated area, but after our visit today, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a major rush of customers after an early release in the neighborhood, but they handled it great. What really made the experience top notch was the staff. They were super friendly and accommodating, checking in to ensure our experience was great. They supported smiles through the chaotic timeframe and cleaned up after the rush. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the restaurant and loved using the kiosk to order food. The condition of the playplace was fantastic and made it easy for me to watch and enjoy my kids having fun.

Always good food.I suspect that people find what they like and order it over and over.My only issue is when you are in the drive through early in the morning and your order is wrong.....maybe no time to go back and get it right;-)

Food was great. Customer service, not so much. I don't mind ordering at the kiosk (when I want to) but this lady made us. THEN we put the table tent (number down) expecting to get our food delivered, nope. We had to go get it ourselves.

My son had a happy meal and I had cheeseburger with fries. Our food was cold and my burger was completely flat; stale bun and the fries tasted old. The service was friendly and fast though.

Typical fast food. For a drive up fast food franchise the price is getting to where people can't afford to stop. Very expensive . Two quarter pound burgers with cheese, two large fries and two medium drinks for 27.86. Glad we didn't have the kids with us.

I go to the EOS gym down the road and I stop here for coffee most every morning. But even though it says they open at 5 AM they have been closed several times at 5:30 AM when I go there for coffee. ? WHY?!? There is no excuse for people missing their shifts constantly. Definitely reflects a management that’s there?
Whenever I go to this location for breakfast, particularly for hotcakes & sausage, the food is always hot & ready!

Wasn’t busy (3 people in drive thru), no one in the store, at least 7 people working, literally pushed to the kiosk to order and when I let her know it’s doesn’t do something she def tried to prove me wrong and she couldn’t. She was very rude and nasty. Does McDonald’s not pay their staff? I’m pretty sure they do. Just saying do your job and stop being a BTCH. No one was rude to you until you caught an attitude bc you could not prove me wrong. Thanks
