Fry’s aren’t cooked all the way and they put our drinks in the bag with our food and the other 1 drink in another bag that spilt everywhere? I was literally speechless, who thought that would be a smart idea? And they forgot our sauces like always.

I am disappointed by this mcdonalds. I had ordered a Big mac combo meal with a separate big mac on the side. I received one of the bic macs. I unfortunately did not receive the other one though. Instead they gave me a 6 piece mc nugget box with hamburger meat inside of it.?

? no coffee at night no signage to indicate no coffee being served after these hours! Went through the drive thru 4 vehicles ahead of us bad customer experience.( McDonald's 7th Ave Union Hills location).......................Update New McDonald's?Just got to the McDonald's on 7th Street and Bell within 2 minutes driving time they have the coffee why don't the other McDonald's ( 7th Ave and Union have have Great service Like 7th / Bell location?just like the commercial ba ba ba bop bop I'm loving it❤️

If you ever want to request no pickles just know it will almost NEVER happen. And if you love soggy wet hamburgers please eat here. I use to work at McDonald’s it’s not even remotely hard to put a burger together without pickles and vertically, it even says it on the ticket. My burger even had a tag saying no pickle. I would go back but that’s such a waste of gas and time.

If zero stars were an option I would give that. If they give u something different than what u order and u return it untouched and no longer want it because of the inconvenience of driving back, they will NOT refund the money you paid for the food they did not give u. They will tell u to call the manager who is the ONLY one who can do a refund. Fine... that was 8 days ago and every day I call when the manager is scheduled to work and they always seem to have left early or not come in. Contact corporate and they apologize and say that yes the refund has to be handled by the store and that they have contacted the store and told the manager to contact me. Multiple times. But clearly the manager of the store should not be a manager because they do not do basic managing things that are required by only them to do. There's your warning. Pay, don't get what u paid for and no refund for u!
