I bought for the first time the fresh made pig skin in a bag for $11.17 Xmas eve. Couldn't return then. They were hard as a rock, couldn't break them. Cheap bag broke also. Called them SEVERAL times and a man named Danny doesn't answer, box full all the time. I just wanted to tell them to get a refund but IMPOSSIBLE. That's a lot of money for me. Very frustrating. Beware of what you buy without checking it. Store however was very nice so not all bad.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER ! Very upsetting poor costumer service and poor management ! Employees do not greet costumers and not talk whatsoever ! No sense of urgency while working ! Slow service , to start off all the cashiers look like they're annoyed with the costumers , there was 4 lanes closed while there was a full crowd of costumers , where are the managers to step in and help out ? I went to the food/juices stand because my father in law got a juice so I went to get one after and the lady at the juice station said very rudely "we're not serving juices right now" the atmosphere was so tense , costumers were getting desperate, we all have things to do. I was going through the reviews and all they do is a generic "apology response" if they were actually sorry they would've fix it right away !

The only reason I gave one star is because it was my only option. Worse experience dealing with a assistant supervisor named Rosalinda. when ask for help she rolled her eyes and told me she doesn't speak English. So I spoke to her in spanish and still ignored and walked away. Way to go Ranch market you guys know how to hire people. Because of her I would love to give you guys a negative star. Will never recommend this place again.
