Went here today for the first time and it was great. The selection and presentation is wonderful and easy to follow. For a small shop they offer a wide variety to a wide audience. I had the carrot cake and coffee cake. Among the best I've ever tasted. True quality ingredients. Spoke with another lady who came in for a variety of their macaroons. She said it was her second time buying them at that they are the best around. Also serve some appealing lookin breakfast and lunches their too. Go here! It is a hidden gem.

OMG, my daughter found this little place while out and about. She recently got married, and we ordered her wedding cake from this bakery! It was one of the best cakes we ever ate! My daughter is a vegan, and Sal was very kind to make sure my daughter's food allergies were considered. The staff was super sweet and so accommodating! Well done, ladies! Biggest assortment of baked goods I’ve come across. The woman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I am super impressed and will be enjoying my sweet treats. I got vegan and was not disappointed AT ALL. The donut was warm and fresh and the macarons were the perfect texture and sweetness.

Really good gluten free options. It's been so long since I've had a breakfast burrito because of the wheat flour in tortillas. This place has some deliciously huge gluten free breakfast burritos! It's a lil drive from my place, but I will be back again soon specially for the breakfast burritos. Great job to your staff! Keep up the great work! ??

Everything is tastes amazing. Donuts, donut holes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, eclair, and their vegan breakfast burrito tastes really good. Only issue I had with the burrito is too much cheese. I think if you were to put half the amount of cheese in it, it would be less salty.

In Mesa for the weekend hanging out and I decided to try My Gal Sal Bakery. Sweets are my weakness so finding a place with good vegan treats would make me so happy. Vegan coffee cake while it was tasty it was a little too sweet for me. After 2 bites I couldn't eat anymore but my friend loved it. Vegan carrot cake the cake was hard and inedible I threw it away after 2 bites. Vegan cinnamon roll I didn't like it either. I really wanted to like this place but it's definitely not for me. Honestly, so impressed!! Above and beyond my expectations! I called in 2 days before I needed a custom cake when they were about to close and they made sure I didn't feel rushed or anything:) thankfully they were able to make my cake the next day and have it ready for me on the day of the birthday:)! When I say I was expecting a simple happy birthday with his name but it was 20 times better! You can tell they put so much love into the cake and I could not have asked for anything better! DEFINITELY THE ONLY PLACE I WILL ORDER CAKES FROM!!

My review is based off my own taste. I ordered a keto donut the flavor I believe was cinnamon. They also fried my donut. The taste is delicious especially with the cinnamon but the frosting for me was too sweet. Whoever loves sweet treats may love this donut. The brownie was delicious rich tasting. The sweetness was at the right level for me. I also tried them small little carrot cookie with cream was little too sweet but again the flavor was good!
I love bread. A few years ago I learned that health problems I was having was because I should not eat wheat or eggs. I have adjusted to living that way. When I found this place I was surprised that they had gluten-free vegan options. This is the first time I have had real homemade quality baking in years. It is wonderful.

My husband ordered a PRINCE cake for my birthday and it came out AWESOME! The bakery worked with him to help him pick out an image that would show up really well on the cake and it came out so cool! He even had them add some other words that are our own family saying and they did everything to his specifications. So that is the outside of the cake which is pretty great by itself! The inside of the cake is vanilla with caramel between the layers. It is super delicious and since most GF desserts are either chocolate or chocolate (at restaurants etc.) I was very happy to get my favorite which is vanilla/caramel. We also purchased a cake for my son's birthday party before the pandemic. The 2 of us were the only ones that have to be GF but got a huge cake for all of the guests. Instead of having a "special" GF cake for my son and a regular one for guests we bought a big cake for everyone. Not only is it delicious and nobody could tell the cake was without gluten - it was really nice for my son to be able to eat the same cake as his friends for one day! Thank you to the team there for making our birthdays special!

Tasty treats. We got two vegan cupcakes, a few vegan macaroons, and a slice of Oreo cake. The macaroons were delicate and delicious. The cupcakes were not quite as good as I hoped. I heard the cake was good.
