Amazing bagels! Love the variety of bagels and toppings they have to choose from.

Not a bagel store for sure which is fine but! Service was weak- I got my food in a to go bag? Did they want me to leave? I was the only person in there on a Monday morning, which is fine but awkward they wanted me to leave-( the restaurant is HUGE) I sat down anyway and tried my food. The fries were the only good part and they were so salty. I asked one of the 3 employees walking around for ketchup and was given a packet. I came here for a bagel sandwich as my favorite spot is closed on Mondays. Maybe they have other food that is good? But if you want a bagel do not go here. Actually I can’t think of a reason I would go back. I would like my money and time back. I ditched my Togo bag and box after attempting to eat a weak bagel sandwich threw away the rest of the fries and food. Super expensive too. I hope someone sees this and spends their money elsewhere.

We placed an order online for this location, the end total being about $250. It was only 0.2 miles away from us and it was for a group of about 13 people. We went to pick up the food, and at first they told us we placed it at another location, 25 minutes away. I thought I had made a mistake while ordering, but as we continued pressing the issue, it was revealed that their was internet down so they moved our order to a different location. We repeatedly asked if they could just make our order, but after talking to the manager we were told that they couldn’t. It was overall very unprofessional and not a pleasant experience. A few other people came in around the same time with the same problem, and they had the same response for everyone. So as of now, we’re out of $250 as we’ve been disputing it with our bank. We didn’t have time, we were on a job-site and wanted a quick lunch, it would’ve been an hour round trip to pick up the food from the other location.

The second visit was similar to the first, slow service and meal prep with a skimpy portion of lox, even though I ordered the double-open faced version.

The food here is great but the service here needs some work. The team at this location needs a meeting about communication and teamwork. Every time we come here, it’s disorganized chaos and detracts from our experience. It’s much easier to just get takeout from this place.

Fantastic service with mediocre food. The service is impeccable. This locations sandwiches have been less than average the last couple I have had. A five for Service and two for food..

First of all, either they don't know what a bialy is, or whoever did the food prep had a very off day on Sunday. The tomato-basil "bialy" that I asked for was just a misshapen lump of barely-cooked dough. Even when the server was putting it into the bag, I asked him if that was the bialy. It doesn't help that you can't really see the items as they're on rack towards the back, away from the customers. My wife tossed it after a couple of bites. In addition to the bialy, I also ordered a half-dozen of various bagels to go. When I got home with them, I found that they weren't really bagels, but pretty much just bread in the shape of a bagel...no texture or chewiness. There are other bagel stores in the area, although a little further away. I'll drive the longer distance from now on to get an actual good product.

I'll start by saying the food is good here and that's what has brought me back, but the service here is terrible. Walked in today and was told to sit anywhere and for a Sunday during brunch time, there were a lot of empty tables. We waited 15 minutes and no server came by, never received menus or drinks. The 2 tables around us had the same issues and we decided to walk out. They had 4 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and watched our table of 6 walk out and the other 2 tables were not far behind us. It's sad to see a breakfast place like this taking a dive on service but I will not be returning anytime soon if at all.

Server, Brie, was great. The food was DELISH! and was artfully presented. Prices may seem a bit high for some (we eat out a lot - prices are up everywhere, while quality/quantity is down) YOU WILL PROBALY BE TAKING HOME LEFTOVERS, unless you're really hungry. Beautiful Latke (potato pancakes). We are cutting back and only supporting quality/local fare, NYBB has been added to our list, will probably be part of our biweekly errand day
