Got a to go order. One dish is missing 2 of 3 total ingredients. Other dish is missing 1/4 of its ingredients. Tried calling the store 4 times, 2 hours before close, with no answer. Location was not busy when picked up. Food quality was mediocre at best, it has fallen quite a bit from what it used to be.Understand if they’re out of stock on something, but zero communication from the store to order something different or substitute.

This is the second time I’ve ordered food from here, and it was just not good. Both times, the noodles were very dry, and there was very little sauce in the two different dishes. The first time, I thought it was the dish. This time, I got a different dish, and not only were the noodles dry, but there were very few vegetables, and the tofu was inedible. As the picture shows, it was burned black and hard. It’s so disappointing; this place used to be better. However, two bad dishes over the last year, this will be the last time.

Expensive micro portions that are not that good, in an atmosphere reminiscent of the underground leather bars staffed with those who are early into their recovery. I won't be back.Wheelchair accessibility: If you are between fixes and just need a place to relax and ask for change, this it it.

i’ve always loved the food here but i’ve only ever online ordered, or had delivered. went in today very excited for lunch, but left disappointed! food was delicious, service was outright awful. dismissive and rude employees, including the general manager. i manage bars and love treating service workers kindly, because i understand. i was the only one in the entire restaurant and was ignored! i walked in, no greeting, just stood there with glances from the workers and nothing else. i had to ASK for help. i was the only one there. save yourself the heart and order online or don’t go at all.

New Yorker here, I loved the chicken parm. I was disappointed when I opened the lid and it was pieces of chicken instead of a cutlet lying on top of the pasta but one bite and OMGOSH I was hooked. Chunks of real tomato, pasta cooked to perfection, moist, tender very well seasoned chicken. Ample chicken for the amount of pasta. Thoroughly enjoyed this dish and I will definitely order this again. And.....so much less expensive than others in the general area.

'Such a strange experience. We waited 5" and no one came to the counter. Then an employee came out, looked at us, and just turned around and went back. Another customer told us that she had been waiting 15" for a soda lid. So, she took one of the managers business cards, we did as well, and we all left. I emailed the Assistant General Manager, Tiffani Rhodes, explaining what happened.I have not received a response.Obviously, I can't review the food, since we weren't even able to order any.

Worst experience I've had at this restaurant. I was coming back to the valley knowing I would be staying near Noodles and Company looking forward to dinner and relaxing at the hotel. I ordered and then stood there for almost 30 minutes, 10 of that my order was sitting on the counter while I watched an assembly line of bowls thrown out on the counter while the two casiers threw a pinch of cheese and a shake of spice and bowls on a line of sacks. My order was to go. I watched my single bowl ignored as they prepared sack after sack after my single order. I finally got the attention of one of the assembly workers asking if she thought mine would be up. She didn't even respond just walked over grabbed the bowl put it in the sack and grabbed a baguette, dropped it in the bag, turned around held it out to me, without a word or smile. She then turned around and walked off. I got to the hotel, got ready to watch TV and eat a delicious bowl of the creamy buttered noodles. What I put in my mouth were cold, half cooked, very chewy wide noodles that had some kind of oil but no creamy anything, let alone butter, oh and a pinch of parmesan very stiff cheese. No taste whatsoever to this dish. Bland chewy stuff. Disappointed doesn't describe it. And the worst of it is that there is the Wildflower cafe just a couple of doors down were I could have eaten and know it would have been a great dinner after a long days drive. If I wasn't so tired I would have taken it back and handed it to them. There are other choices where you can get a satisfying dish of pasta. Do not waste your time or money at this location. Oh I did get a chocolate chip cookie in a cellophane bag that the only tasty thing I had for dinner. It asks below what dishes I would recommend. Nothing at this location.

The food is very run-of-the-mill and mediocre. With the price I was hoping the portion sizes were a bit larger but overall the experience is fine.

Always nice staff and a well run operation. They've got consistent quality and even some new items on the menu.

Someone please tell the higher ups to stop using paper straws! They break down in my drink and make the drink unnecessarily bubbly. There are other eco friendly straw optionsVegetarian options: you can opt out of meat choices in pasta and there are plant-based noodle options
