I've had both the NY Rachel and the Boss Lady. Both are phenomenal! The prices are a little high for the quantity, but the quality can't be beat. Very friendly staff and very possibly the best sandwiches in town.

The most tasty sandwich with a lot of meet. During the day a lot of people waiting outside to take a sandwich. The absolutely best chipotle chicken sandwich I ever had. Amazing business with very nice and charming staff. Definitely worth a visit - we will come back for sure.

Love their chipotle chicken. Deli is not very large but it is a deli so it is expected. Service is not very personable but they aren't rude. Atmosphere is comfortable enough to eat your lunch and go. Don't expect a place where you can sit for a while and catch up with friends. Their food is still very good.

My coworker goes and picks up food for us all the time. I e never been in the shop but the chicken Cesar salad… the chicken breast is SO flavorful. The best part is the croutons. I love them.

I seldom write reviews but use them to make decisions on where to eat all the time. This is the best pastrami sandwich I’ve had in my 11 years of living in phoenix. Not the cleanest but who doesn’t love a good hole in the wall. Highly

First time in, I ordered the BBQ chicken salad and some French fries. I always hesitate when ordering salads to go because sometimes the salad gets soggy or the dressing gets warm, etc. but that wasn't the case! The salad was chopped fresh, all the ingredients were crisp, and it was really a massive salad - definitely big enough to split! The French fries were also really good. Not too soft, just enough crunch. I asked for extra season salt on the side just per a previous review saying they weren't salty enough, but I found them to be exactly what I was wanting. Overall, great food, really pleasant upbeat staff, and everything was put together in a timely manner. *only negative, is that you'll definitely smell like the restaurant when you leave. So if you're worried about smelling, shower when you get home.*

Absolutely fabulous. Probably the best sandwich I've ever had from a deli. Bravo. Friendly staff kind of pricey, but worth it.

Ordered the meatball sub and chopped cheese- both were seasoned very well, next time I'll get more sauce on the meatball sub. They are a little pricey two 6 inch subs with chips and drinks was $42 it does come with a free side of mac salad that's just o.

The sandwich was good but not great. It was over seasoned with Oregano yet kind of bland. I had the Mr. Smith Fire roasted chicken. The service was great. The place was clean and well stocked.
