I went into the Camelback location March 4 and was hit in the face by their papertowel dispenser and they refuse to replace my scratched glasses. They told me they would cover the replacement if I brought in the receipt to prove I replaced them and then refused and said they would only cover $100 of the glasses their negligence broke.Shame on NYPD Pizza

We wanted to try somewhere new but were disappointed. Ordered pizza for delivery at 2:40pm & she said it would be an hour. we were fine with that but it had been over an hour & nothing had been delivered. upon calling back we were informed no delivery driver got there until 4pm. Ummmm so why would she take our order for delivery without telling us that???? they said it would be delivered within 10 mins..... well we didn't get our pizza until 4:36pm. almost 2 hours after ordering. so stupid. no communication & then of course the food wasn't fresh because it was cooked when we ordered it at 2:40!

My mom and I always come in to grab some food for lunch our go to's always the slice and appetizer combo, food is always amazing 0 complaints! Pizza is always very well done thank you:) The service on the other hand has gone downhill, I work in the food industry as well so I'm very understanding but our server wasn't attentive at all. She seemed as if we were inconveniencing her. Staff needs a little more training. Disappointed because this isn't our usual service

If you want overpriced pizza, a dirty countertop & glasses, a short pour expensive glass of wine, brown lettuce and a staff that is complacent & on their phones, this spot is for you! We Will not go back, can't imagine that they will be open much longer!

Ordered the margherita pie, tomatoes were sandwich sliced, not diced which to me is odd. Even though I requested "crispy" as suggested, Crust was limp.Now I'm from the Tri-state, so expectations are high. Can't say if I was disappointed due to the fact that we have some of the bread in the country (mineral deposits in our rivers & drinking water) or if it was mediocre.Let me say for the record it wasn't bad..... But it wasn't anything to write home about.However, nothing like NY pizza, not by a long shot.You want a great NY Pizza. You go to John's Pizza on bleaker St in Manhattan.I can't rate service or atmosphere as I had it deliveredNow for the $64,000.00 question, and the answer is no, given the opportunity I'd probably eat elsewhere next time I go to Arizona. But that might just be my personal tastes.
