This is second time we went. The first time we went we were never seated. After waiting 15 minutes we walked out as did others. The good was ok she they weren’t busy but took quite a while to get my drink.

****UPDATE*** still have not gone back! Food was good but hostess didn't take our name and started to seat people before us. We were a party of um...2 and she kept skipping us. Finally, not wanting to complain we said something. Then she copped an attitude with us!?!? Um i used to come here all the time....the service was way subpar this time...not sure when i will return! Still love those blue lagoons though!

The food was disappointing. The chicken fajitas were extremely dry. We had to ask for sour cream for our fajitas, it wasn't on the plate. We waited for a long time to get our napkins and straws for our drinks. I don't think we will go there again.

Had to wait for a booth when there were many empty ones. Thursday evening. Mediocre service. Host didn’t ask if we wanted a high chair or booster for our grandchild. Tough to choose from the menu because I don’t like Mexican. More variety please. The rest of the family do like Mexican. Military discount just for the vet(who was paying) wasn’t a good thing.

I used to enjoy going to OTB, now the food wasn't that great. The prices have definitely gone up, but of course that's pretty much any place you want to eat. I had the chicken bowl. The avocado was hard on my last two pieces. The chicken was good.

Spent 60.00 for one of the worst meals I have ever had.Every employee, with the exception of Lucian, looked like they were tortured to be there.David, our server was horrible. It took forever for him to even come ask what we wanted for drinks. Sadly,it was my idea to go there,as I used to love OTB.The only thing we had that was good was the Swirl, and my Iced Tea. My Wife ordered a Chicken plate that looked horrible. The white rice she said wasn't bad, but everything else was bad.I will always ask for a water with my main drink as I dehydrate a lot. My tea,and water both were empty, and David never came back to the table ( even to ask how things were )I saw Lucian, the host, and he took it very personal. He then made sure I had drinks the rest of the visit. David had a crappy look on his face that I had Lucian help up, but at that point,I could care less. The other disappointment, the store was slow, and it was filthy. 3/4 of the tables were dirty, and not cleaned. We have both had service experience, and I dislike having to leave a bad review. I feel it's important for management to hear about these experiences. Unfortunately, I should have looked at the reviews. It seems a lot of people feel the same way.

This is our 2nd time coming here. Both times left unhappy. Maybe it's just us but the food is lackluster. My son liked his kids nachos. My husband and I each had enchiladas. He has cheese and I had Chicken. They don't even taste cooked. Sorry to say this is off my list.

Rice was hard and bland. Beans were dry. Chicken Fajitas were delicious. Hot sauce too hot and should have mild for people like myself. Waiter was super nice. First time and overall not a fan. If looking for home style Mexican cooking one won't find it here!

This is an average Mexican chain place. They offer the classics (burrito, chimi, fajitas, etc), plus rice and beans. The chips were fresh and warm. The salsa was a pico, and it was mild. No medium or hot available. The beans were bland, ordinary. The rice has a hint of being Mexican rice, but too weak. And the corn in the rice had a weird mouth feel. The chimi also was bland. Not bad, just bland. Needed more seasoning.Overall, just average. Not great, not bad.
