The food was not traditional but was delicious! The service was fast, yet relaxed and extremely nice and accommodating. Would go back and would recommend.

Scrambled eggs were just a thin flat omlett, same for pancake, super thin!I was disappointed. I will not go back. The music was obnoxious, to say the least.

Our families favorite local restaurant. Personally I love the veggie burrito, seasonal veggies are always different, always amazing and usually one pleasant surprise veggie I wouldn't expect. Great craft beer selection, lots of locals. Service is always great, and we love just being there as much as we love eating thr food.

Excellent food, wish I had the patience to keep going there. It’s like they enjoy making people wait for hours on end to eat. They refuse to take reservations nor do they even offer any kind of waitlist (similar to Snooze cafe), it’s insane. I use to chance it with trying to sit at the bar but even that area is now being reserved for reservations these days so I have just given up. Why make people wait over an hour or more to eat and instead, have more respect for peoples time and offer a way to eat that does not involve sitting around for such an obscene amount of time? You are losing so much business for busy folks who would love to eat your delicious food but can’t afford to lose so much of their day in order to do so.

It was very good food a lot of Flavor. Great coffee we had a good doughnut in there too. If they sold at the coffee area was a little too much tortilla on the item I ordered needed more beans or something else added.

Very eclectic, beautiful ZUCCA paintings, food was over the top excellent, but service was a bit slow. The Food and vibe, paintings make the night out special.

Went in for breakfast/brunch and had a delicious meal. We ordered the Consuelo del Sur, Frittata, (Single-Chocolate Chip) Famous Flapjack. The flapjack was quite large and we spilt it between two people. Both entrees were delicious and very generous portions for the cost.We didn’t take any leftovers as we cleaned our plates including the flapjack! The staff were very pleasant and attentive.I didn’t get a pastry but there was a cute section to have coffee and pastries separate from the restaurant. We look forward to coming back and trying lunch (and those pastries)!

Had 2 meals here recently while on vacation. First time was excellent, enjoying tacos (grilled fish and barbacoa were standouts), a fantastic queso fundito with mushrooms, and great local craft beers, including Church Music IPA. Great flour tortillas and salsas, especially the red. Second time was ok food wise but horrendous slow, clueless service. Had been looking forward to the Pico Rico burger, as it had been among my favorite all time burgers when served at the old Gallo Blanco in the Clarendon. But it wasn't anywhere close to what I remember. The meat and roll were completely different-- both mediocre, uplifted slightly by the roasted poblano and touch of wood grill smoke. I like Otro's stylish casual dining room and the homey back courtyard. Will return for the excellent Mexican fare (and the breakfast items look great) and cross my fingers on service being better than my last visit.
