No exaggeration, this is the best meal we have had in Phoenix and we are locals who eat out a lot. The whole grilled fish is one of the best entrees we have ever had. Staff is so friendly. We brought our baby and everyone was so accomodating and sweet. We will definitely be returning soon!!Dietary restrictions: So accommodating to gluten preferences

Pa'la is a culinary gem that truly embraces the essence of wood-fire cooking. From the moment you sit down either inside or on their wonderfully intimate patio, you're transported to a world where flavors reign supreme and every bite tells a story. The commitment to using local and specialty imported ingredients shines through in every dish, with influences ranging from the Mediterranean to South America and Japan. What truly sets Pa'la apart is their dedication to showcasing the best of what each season has to offer. With a menu that changes daily, you can always expect something fresh and exciting on your plate. Whether you're indulging in tapas, small bites, or plates meant for sharing, every dish is crafted with care and attention to detail. And let's not forget the curated selection of wines to complement your meal perfectly.Overall, Pa'la offers a dining experience unlike any other. So gather your friends, come hungry, and prepare to be dazzled by the flavors of Pa'la. It's an experience you won't soon forget.

We had a great experience on Friday Sat evening. We went to Wren for an evening drink and our car got locked in the parking lot. Can someone contact the 8pm reservation (Maddie) on Sat pm? We need to get our car out..

This review doesn't represent the food of "The Table" 8-course dining experience. The food itself is VERY good. However, this review reflects the overall experience and the performance of the staff running the establishment. We recently encountered some frustrating issues during our dining experience. Despite our request to change tables for better conversation, we were abruptly denied, leaving our party of four cramped onto one side, which made conversation difficult.Additionally, our party of four received the same amount of wine and food portions as a party of two, which was disappointing. When we requested additional food, we faced resistance from the waiter/manager, who argued about the quantity provided.Furthermore, there was a lack of transparency regarding the dishes served. In an eight-course dining experience, it's reasonable to expect detailed explanations of each course, whether written or verbal. Unfortunately, the waiter/manager failed to provide this essential information.Overall, our experience fell short of expectations, and we hope for better communication and service in the future.

We went on Friday for their live jazz music in their upstairs lounge and it set the tone for an amazing evening. Service was excellent, and so was the food and presentation. We had the bone marrow, beef tartare, duck pate, and ribeye with fun and creative cocktails. Would definitely be coming back to try the omakase chef inspired course sometime!

Food was amazing, and the waiter was great too. He had a passion and knowledge about the food and wine that was much appreciated. There is very limited indoor seating, but they had plenty of heaters on the patio to keep it comfortable with a jacket on into the winter evening.

Really cute outdoor patio. The menu is tapas style. Our waiter was super unhelpful when we asked how many dishes we should order. We ended up making a second order because he gave zero direction on how many plates would feed 4.I enjoyed the tuna crudo. It was on some underripe avocado which gave the perfect texture against the tuna. Everything else was pretty standard. Nothing was bad but none of it was that memorable.
