This place used to be good but I have noticed more Panda Express locations changing the orange chicken thinking people are not going to notice that 90% of it is small crusty breaded chunks that actually have no chicken. I literally had 4-5 actual peices of real chicken

Customer service was lacking. Hot food items on display looked dry, crusty, and unappetizing. I have enjoyed Panda Express dozens of times this year. Roughly calculating, I have dined at Panda Express 5x per month all this long. That's roughly 60 visits per year, this visit today has been one of the worse ever. If the quality of service at this location continues to be subpar, customers and diners alike will simply look for another Panda Express location, or look for a competitor to get their "Orange chicken" fix. Everyone is replaceable, that includes me, you, your neighbor, and this Panda Express location in Phoenix. Panda Corporate Office needs to immediately intervene on behalf of their loyal customers, and properly train their staff to offer quality of service, not the opposite. I spent $12 dollars.... today, I'm walking away feeling cheated and ripped off.How can I get my $12 dollars back? Any clue?

They gave me overcooked Rangoon which I would have liked to put lots of sweet and sour sauce on. But they will only give 2 tiny squee,e packs per customer. When asked, the manager said no, so I asked for my money back and left. I saw them put the food back on the line. It had asked for different Rangoons, but the guy said he couldn't put food back on the line. Hmmm?

I eat a meal, then I need to use the bathroom, key is required which which guy gives me. Two mins later I have a female employee banging on the men's door with something metal like a SWAT team serving a warrant.If the door is locked and you don't see the key at the front maybe ask your coworker, or maybe give it 5 mins. Or if you feel the need to knock, knock like a normal human being. I don't really know what her issue is, hopefully just bad training.

Worst experience with Panda! Love the food but this place is on another level. Horrible service as I went there 3 times. My 3rd being my last. Also, Uber ordering never lets you pick a appetizer like egg rolls or crab puffs. Besides that the service and food is horrible and the corporate office needs to step in!!

This panda never has any food and they have reminints of old looking food and try to get away with serving that. Then they get upset if you ask for a fresh batch and say "you'll have to wait 10 min" and I always say ok because what they are trying to serve looks like it sat for 3 hours. I get it, the whole world is pissed off that they have to go to work, but with these prices inflating daily it's crazy what they are expecting you to pay for crap. I guess I won't be back to this location since I've tried multiple times and it's always the same story. Unfortunate.

How many years has broccoli been in the freezer? No one expects too much from Panda Express, but please fry it, it's raw. Fried rice will break your teeth, very good thanks

Just went for lunch today with a coworker, we both ordered 2 entree of orange chicken. We have been to plenty of other locations and noticed highly this location likes to make Chinese Mexican fusion food. Our orange chicken was way too Spicy, nose running spicy. Never have ever had orange chicken spicy and not a hint of orange taste.Felt like we wasted our money. If we wanted spicy we would of gotten hot wings but even pandas food was spicier than hot wings.

I was here last week. The proportions were only half what they used to be. How can you blatantly rip-off your customers so badly?
