Ashley needs some coaching!I ordered online and waited at the pickup counter after my pickup time. When I was ignored and 10+ customers who walked in were helped before me, I asked Ashley if she'd like me to wait in line for my pickup with the walk-ins. She told me to stop complaining. Then she sent me on my way with only half of the food I'd ordered.After I waited in line again, a different server did get me my order correctly. I'm glad I checked before driving away!

Thanks for all the chicken. Pay $15 and get 7 dinky prices of chicken. Then you sit there and ask em if I want to donate extra money… focus on making the orders correctly. People are paying for a service and expect to receive it.

Twice I have had to go around, back through through the drive thru just to wait for my food (super greens this time) to be cooked. Woman on the speaker said wait 9 minutes, and I did since no one was behind me. When I finally pulled up to pay, she told me the 9-minute clock hadn't start yet and to get back in line. I won't be back, and potential customers go elsewhere, please! There are MANY options nearby.

Ordered honey walnut shrimp, was charged for it and received orange chicken instead. I would understand if it were busy but the drive through was empty at the time. I wouldn't mind if the cost were the same but if you're going to charge extra make sure you do the job correctly.

Just about the worst experience at a Panda Express today. Took 8 to 10 minutes for a worker to even acknowledge the people in line. All the workers were running around filling online and drive thru orders. 2 meals I wanted need white rice. Out. First estimate was 15 min. Ok. Then 45 min!? No, not waiting that long. Out of orange chicken, but was refilled shortly. Took way to long to get food and my portions were small. Never go here during lunch time!

I placed an online order and went to pick it up after receiving the text that it was ready. When I got there the I told the lady the name which I had place my orders under which apparently wasn't good enough for her because she asked me for the order number (17 numbers) which I didn't have on me. After trying to give her the phone number the order was under and trying to help grab my food she claimed I was being rude to her and told me to leave and she was going to call the Police... I asked about the return of my payment then since I had already paid for the food. She got on the phone and started calling the Police stating she would refund it. I left not wanting any trouble I just wanted to pick up my food. I ordered from another location with no issues at all. I believe the lady that behaved this way was named Liz and was a manager there. Extremely poor service!
