Went to Panda with a fellow coworker for an early dinner. Place was extremely busy, line out the door. 7 employees working the line probably lead to the confusion of me getting the order belonging to the gentleman in line behind me. I wasn't shown the order nor was it voiced back to me before paying.Totally confused but refunded.

The food was good, Atmosphere was good as well, the service was almost perfect, the first person to start initial order informed me of panda rewards which I'm surprised I never knew about, when I reached the checkout I had to ask about the reward program which could have saved me 20 percent for my order.
