Always great food and coffee at any of their other locations. However, this store specifically is not practical like their other locations. They closed the lobby to the public. I accidentally walked in while they were cleaning and the closing female server was extremely rude and childish.She refused to give me my food after I walked in and then walked out at her request. She claims I became "aggressive" with her even though shes a in a locked facility with cameras and coworkers everywhere! She was probably PMSing like crazy, I could see it in her eyes and the tone of her voice.My main concern though is they told me to use the drive-thru to avoid that situation with that woman but instead used that as an opportunity to call the cops on me. I didnt break any laws so I was just trespassed.If you value your sanity, don't come here!Kid-friendliness: Night staff is extremely rude!

I love the food at panera, but this location is drive through and pickup only. The dining room is completely closed and there’s no clear indication of that on their Google page. I talked to the employee who said that I should have known, and then she sent away two guys outside who were just trying to eat and get out of the rain. I’m super disappointed in this location.

Food of course is decent but do not use the doordash app for ordering food, I went to get it picked up, no one came outside, doordash called them and no one answered, even after they confirmed my order and said it was ready to be picked up. Just stick to the panera app- shout-out to doordash for helping!

DO NOT COME HERE BEFORE CLOSE OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! Mind you, it was 15 minutes before close, not 2, and I ordered ahead.They will just fill your order with whatever they have and give it to you, even if it means no chicken salad on your chicken salad sandwich. You know, instead of offering to substitute with something they actually still have in stock. Then when you come to get a refund, the EXTREMELY rude management will take it personally and give every excuse trying to insinuate it's somehow my fault? and never apologize for ripping you off and ruining your meal. The poor excuse of a manager (3/2/24 @ 1 pm) needs an attitude adjustment and shows why her employees feel it's OK to take your money and ruin your day.The manager rolled her eyes when I tried to show her this photo so remember, this is their Panera standard! This is also who they choose to represent them and their brand! They do not care about you or your food ?

There was a manager there calling off the orders for the delivery drivers this guy was not very customer service oriented at all and he didn't seem to treat his employees will either because I could hear their conversations as I was waiting for my customers order I don't know why this manager is there because he doesn't seem to be encouraging employees to do a great job at all.

Not a real Panera Bread. No lobby. They only engage with you through a locked door. Coffee not hot. Food cold by the time I walked back to my hotel.

I’ve had some issues here lately that I just cannot wrap my mind around. I ordered the bacon soufflé at 8 am and they’re telling me they have no more. Why are they not keeping them stocked it’s only 8am they’re should’ve been more made when you got down to the last one.. So they give me an artichoke one and when I tell them on my next visit that I didn’t like the artichoke, they go oh sorry. Next visit I order a bagel and cream cheese. I wanna add bacon, and nobody can figure out how to charge me for a piece of bacon. So I ask can you please just give me some then , and they do which I’m grateful for but how can you possibly hand me one of those cold limp gelatinous things ? they didn’t even warm it up for me so all of that cold white bacon fat had me feeling absolutely disgusted at 730am.. and when I order a sandwich from this location, the spring mix is very skimp after specifically requesting that it’s added to the sandwich I’m only given 3 leaves of spring mix.. very disappointing. To order food from this location I can usually expect to have an issue so I always check before leaving.. sometimes it’s just not worth complaining about.. I’ll be back for my birthday free cinnamon roll..

Manager on duty on duty was EXTREMELY rude. Poor service from team as a whole. Made it feel like my existence at the store was a HUGE burden and waste of time. 100% will not be coming back to this location. Corporate really needs to look at who they’re hiring for their management because the service I just experienced was disgusting.
