I love Papa John's but this experience really left me no choice but giving a bad review . The pizza was supposed to be here at quarter till 9:00 at 9:20 we still hadn't gotten it. I called they said oh the driver just came back we can send him with it. I asked is it going to be more hot and they said oh yeah yeah it's hot it's fresh well it wasn't fresh and it wasn't hot it didn't just come out of the oven it had been out of the oven for at least 30 minutes because it was ice cold now I haven't called them back cuz I called them once and he told me it was going to be hot and blah blah but you know lying to customers and taking that long when it says on the internet it's not that busy right now and he tells me they're backed up it should have been a hot pizza if they were backed up unless they just don't have enough drivers I don't know what the case is I don't care my pizza was cold that's all I know and I love Papa John's but with pizza like that paying as much as we do I'm not sure it's worth it.

Ordered a large thin crust "works" pizza. Was very disappointed at the amount of toppings and large area towards the edges had no toppings. I normally order from Dominos. Way better value on a large thin crust "extravaganza"! Less money and probably 3 times the toppings.So disappointed!!!

Joel was a great choice you made for an employee .super helpful fast efficient a one of the best personality I’ve had the pleasure of meeting he upsold product with great customer service I’ve had thus far . This is the third time I’ve ordered delivery and they’ve gotten numerous things wrong. I ordered an extra garlic, dipping sauce. They only gave me one, when the pizza comes with one already. The first time I ordered they gave me a deep dish pizza when I asked for normal crust. The next time they forgot two of my toppings. And the time after that, they gave me a thin crust pizza when I asked for normal crust.

Always order from here and their delivery people manage to find our apartment without issues each time. They used doordash this one time and the doordasher never made it (or maybe ate it), but the manager I called got a order sent out and it made it with one of their guys ASAP. Great service here, really appreciate how easily they handled the problem and that this is the only time I've ever had one out of the many orders I've made.

Need a straw to drink my pizza, this pizza was SO GREASY! that the grease made the pizza super mushy. The only edible part was the stuffed crust.This is only my second time ever eating papa John's, in years, because my first experience wasn't pleasant either. But we got a buy on get one free on Uber eats, ASLO UBER EATS IS A JOKE AS WELL!.The pizza actually looked good upon a quick glance until i pulled a slice and the grease was dripping off the pizza. The cheese and pepperoni went with it. Leaving me only holding the mushy crust. The grease soaked through the bottom of the box, and then they give you more grease (garlic butter). I ate one slice, but the amount of grease grossed me out.
The pizza's were real real good n thanks for the service ya'll did.. ya'll make real real good pizza's n if you do something wrong ya'll fix the problem.. thank ya'll

We've been loyal customers of this particular Papa John's for probably 5-6yrs now and they have ALWAYS treated us right I've had maybe 1 instance with an old manager that was off, but for the most part every time we've ordered its been fresh,hot pizza and always made right! Always! Kudos to this
Wouldn't stand by there product, Pizza had Ants on it. (Bugs) I took it back and they did not replace it. As I walked out the cashier flipped us off. Do not go there, service is horrible. Go to Pizza Hut, Domino's, or anywhere besides this place.
