Ordered my food at 9pm, only place in town open late for pizza. Watching the tracker and getting updates I hadn't seen any movement for an hour and a half, afterwards I don't receive my order for another hour. After obtaining my order, all of my food is lukewarm and stuck to the pizza boxes themselves, I will not be ordering from this location again. To top it all off, trying to get any sort of discussion on the "papachat" on their website I was constantly only redirected to their feedback form and nothing else.

Employees always so kind and very respectful. My pizzas always ready on time which I love I love placing big orders here which I usually take pizza to my daughters school class for any occasion everything’s always well cooked and fresh.

Worst pizza I've ever had! BBQ pizza is a negative 10, it literally felt like eating cardboard. ordered a special pizza that was 30+$ and got a pep only inside. The only one that came right was the small cheese and you can't mess that up. The only good thing I can say was the wings where good and that's pushing it. Don't eat here! Shaquille O'Neal what happened?

I ordered a simple Large pizza and they charged me 3 times! $30 for one pizza and when I asked for my money back they simply gave me a number to call. I used to love Papa John's Pizzas. Super disappointed!

This place is always under staffed. I feel bad for them because I know customers are getting frustrated with them. I orders a pizza today, after watching the time frame on the app it said it was delivered and never was. I called no one answered. Went to the place and had to wait only saw two young ladies working there. Once I explained I never got a pizza. I asked for a refund. I didn't check the refund receipt when I left. After getting home I noticed the receipt was for a $5 refund and my order was $30.21. Had to go back up to the store and they still didn't get me a full refund. The clerk said she don't know why it was giving me a less amount. So now I will have to dispute it with my cc. I had issues with the place before. Their service is getting worse and worse. So I will have to stop using this establishment. Good luck.

We ordered 2 pizzas and wings today. The pizza was bairly warm. The toppings were bairly there. The pizza dough was tough and the pizza tasted like it was sitting out all day. The wings were ok I guess, at least they were hot. Papa John's has gone down hill. No one cares about quality of food there. Garbage for 50 bucks?! Unreal.

Ordered Shaq-A-Roni pizza that claims over 60 slices of pepperoni. After first slice, I realized they just gave me a regular pepperoni pizza, which means I was over charged for product received.

This location needs help!!!! All the employees were hustling, but after waiting in the store for over an hour, I noticed every person to come in and pick up had a similar experience. Please hire someone who knows how to run a Papa John's to teach all these very hard workers how to do this effectively. I will ot be coming here again... and I've been a fan of Papa John's for over 20 years.

The worst thing a restaurant can do for a customer, give something already made for someone else. How can a pizza prep and cook in 10 min, no way.I ordered at 4:40 and at 4:50 my pizza was on it's way, and i got a pizza without the toppings i asked for and normal cut, when i asked square cut. With a garlic sauce i didn't asked for inside the box.I want my money back!!

2nd order in 2 months people can't follow instructions with orders. No Alfredo sauce added for the last 2 orders and the only thing offered is half off my next order. Bad customer service experience. Never again manager was no help. Hung up on me and never picked up when I called back.

My husband opened the pizza I ordered and started eating before I noticed that the spinach and tomato Alfredo pizza I ordered didn't have spinach. I went to the app to get a refund or discount like post mates but no luck. I called, waited, only to hear that they ran out of spinach so they just made it without it. Didn't even call us to ask what we'd prefer occur . AND since we bit off a slice, there was no longer any customer service required to provide any satisfaction. He explained that he went into his own pocket to go buy spinach at the store though. I guess he never bothered to let the staff know before making my pizza or calling me. Then the "manager" hung up. I don't think this happens in Scottsdale, Gilbert, or even Chandler, But this is what we get in Laveen my husband says time and time again... hmmmm I wonder why? They lost my business! Thank goodness we have better options right down the street....
