Damn can you guys actually cut the pizza. Every time I order from here the pizza is barely cut. I have to cut it at home how difficult is it to cut a pizza. ?

Placed an online order on a Saturday night. Was told it was going to take 2 hours because it was a busy Saturday night and uber eats /Doordarsh orders pushed my order back when I ordered on company website. Told manager lady online pizza prediction was not accurate. She gave the green light for my order to be made on the spot. I didn't understand her explanation and the location didnt seem busy at all when i went inside twice to check on my order of a one large topping pizza but other employees were nice about making my order at her command.

The manager pulled a gun out on me ..I ordered my pizza delivery 3/16 9:11pm nothing came for 120mins. I called the location the manager didn’t answer for 20 mins. When I tried to explain I had a delivery. She cut me off more than 3 times. Tried to tell me first my order was Uber order then they my order was carry out and then their ovens where smoking so she completely voided all orders but it was ready.. and I simply said… wait wait let’s got back to what you first said. She completely when off on me for no reason and told me first is here and to come get it. I went up there to get my food she was hiding behind the reflection glass but you can clearly see her. She tried to have one of her workers ask me who I was on the phone with . She wouldn’t give mw her name.. when she finally came from the back she asked me “what you trying to do “ with her hands out like she wanted to fight me. She sound like she wanted to over the phone as well. When I put my wallet and phone down she pulled a gun from under her hoodie.. on the receipt you can clearly seen WEB/Delivery. She would have shot me over something I was totally right about and nice to her about. I could have died over this order and I was right.. she needs to be held accountable.

Management is very unprofessional. I went in to pick up a order and there was only one person working the manager her name was Hannah and she was clearly very pregnant She was there alone at dinner time and struggling. I asked her if she was hiring and she told me how she needed reliable people so bad because her current team calls out constantly and they are unreliable. She told me how to apply. I had some trouble but got it finally. I waited a few days and called her she said give her some time she would look at my app and get back to me ...I heard nothing for days so I decided to call and wasn't there so then I tried a few times after that and finally got her. She said she was out sick and would get back to me...then today I decided to stop in. She was there in the back but someone else out to tell me there are no longer hiring and a big sob story. It was so unprofessional and hurtful that she couldn't say what she had to say to me. That just shows she is not a good manager. I can get a job at many places that's not the issue. Issue is I really wanted to work there to help her out. I'm definitely reliable and a good worker and deserved her telling me

Isabelle and Cecilia gave me fantastic customer service when I had an issue with my order from the app. They rectified the issue and where very nice, polite and very professional. I was irritated and thinking of not going to order from this store in future. After meeting and receiving the service from them I changed my mind and will always order from this location in future because of this experience.

Kyle has some of the best customer service skills. I had a negative situation (caused by door dash) that he immediately took care of all of my concerns and left me with a smile.This dude seriously should be running this store the way he delt with the whole situation like a pro! Wouldn't be surprised if they dropped the "assistant" and just just gave this dude the store.

Female employee with the dry frizzy hair and attitude to match, decided to cancel my online pickup order placed at 8pm (when closing time is 11pm) because she wanted to close early for the night and spend the time flirting with the security guard. When I interrupted their cupcaking, she snapped with a "what do you want from me, a raw pizza?! I shut down the ovens for tonight." Obviously we got into it, because never have I experienced such attitude from a food establishment. Honestly, a notice or SOMETHING would have been nice. Not driving all the way down for no food with a side of horrible, ugly personality and attitude. You should check your staff and what they're really up to during the night shift. But judging by the rest of the reviews I just saw, your choice in staff is questionable.

Wow, haven't been so mistreated by an employee for some time now. So rude immediately rejected us she was just too busy to have common curtsy. Maybe the owner needs to hire another person so they can do their job right. Never ever will i order from this place again.
