Pizza was good, but I am surprised that the one girl who greeted me had no idea how to count money so she had to call someone over who did. My mom pays for almost everything in cash and it's quite disconcerting that barely any of this generation knows how to count money anymore.. employees need money counting training for their older customers who still pay with cash. Maybe money counting has gone by the wayside like cursive in school now unfortunately.

This is by far the slowest Papa John's. The staff can barely assist customers and orders sit piling up with no staff assisting customers avoid this location at all costs it's a constant issue they can't get orders

Bought 4 Heart Shapes pies for my team on Valentines Day. Thin crust with pepperoni. Excellent! Will definitely buy more! Taste so good! I just wish they were cut we didn’t have a pizza cuter.

Yesterday I made a delivery order and the food was absolutely nasty. I order a half cheese and half mushroom pizza ;however, everything came with mushrooms. I let that part slide but the issue started when my wings came frozen inside. I ordered wings not chicken nuggets. Everything was done incorrect and i spent $33 for both items. I called in the manager to let them know of this issue and she said they would resend wings. It never came in and I am writing this because of the poor management and quality of food. so disappointing

This place is a joke. Ever since the new owners took over this place a year ago or so, it has changed for the worse. Last night, I ordered a 16-in New York style pizza well done and it came out undercooked. This has happened the last two times I've ordered from this place. The last time I ordered from this place, I asked for extra pepperoni and, as if to stick it to me, they barely put any pepperoni on the pizza. It was almost like they were doing it on purpose cuz I asked for more pepperoni. Not going to this place anytime soon, or at all, quite frankly. And then they charge me almost $35 for the pizza. What a joke!

I waited 45 minutes for a to go order. Kept being told "it's in the oven". I worked at dominos in college. I know it's 6 minutes for an order to go through the oven. When it finally did come out I wasmet with attitude. Like I was inconveniencing them for my order. I asked the girl if my ranch was with my order and she said yes. There was no ranch. There was no customer service. Nothing. I get being short staffed. But it's not that deep to be so flustered. It's pizza. Just be more kind and don't forget the GD sauces.
Takes 3 to 4 hours to get a pizza can't get anyone on the after 30 mins.

I had to review this ?! The customer service lady( she was the GM can't remember her name) was super nice and the ? was beautiful and so tasty! A must visit if you want a nice size pizza with great service!

I ordered ahead on mobile and it said it was ready so I headed to the store, but when arrived, the lady working said there was a huge order before me, and she hadn’t even started making my pizza saying that it would be ready in 10 minutes. There was absolutely nowhere to sit so I was forced to stand because the shop was clearly not completely set up in the morning (the large, dirty rubber, Papa Johns mat was rolled up on the bench inside). I asked the lady if she would be able to include two additional garlic butter sauces to my order because the last time I picked up my pizza I had paid and ordered for those and didn’t realize until I got home that they were completely missing. The lady looked at me like she didn’t believe me and asked if I had called and after I realized they were missing, which, of course I didn’t because what’s the point at that point. She very reluctantly included the garlic butter sauces to my order and I ended up waiting 20 minutes total before my pizza was done. Never coming back to this Papa Johns.

Every time I call and place an order they connect me to some lady in India who I can’t understand. Like what’s the problem with connecting me to the store that I call.Also I just got my order and there starting to use door dash to deliver there pizzas. That’s so messed up. I specifically do not use door dash, there drivers don’t care about your food or customer service. I’m now no longer going to order from papa John’s.

This location is terrible. Their customer service is garbage. The app said my pizza was ready. I walked into the store and gave my name. The woman at the counter looked at the pizzas on the rack and said mine was in the oven. She told me 5 minutes. 10 minutes later asked my name again and picked up the pizzas that had been on the rack since I walked in. She then told me that they weren't there when I walked in. If I could give 0 out of 10 I would. Never coming to this location again.
