Ordered from here a total of 3 times. Every time they got my order wrong. Their pizza is mostly crust and all 3 times forgot to put cheese on a PIZZA. Most incompetent group of employees around the 5pm shift. It's an embarrassment and reflects the managers and owner sooo much. I don't understand how they allow such low standards. Say alot about them personally

I ordered 4 pizzas, wings and a soda. When they delivered my food they forgot the soda. The man said he was going to get it and never showed up with the soda. I called and they offered a credit which I'll NEVER use and told me I have to pick up my money if I wanted a refund. Sucks! I really hate spending money on these services but sometimes have no other choice.

The website constantly showed "oops something went wrong" selected delivery put in the address, but the system selected carryout. Called to confirm this with this Pizza hut location and the person I was speaking too was extremely short and annoyed by my question. What further added to my frustration is the pizza for a New York style was no different then a thin crust pizza, and it had varying temperature Flux almost like they put ice cubes into certain parts of the pizza. First time I've had stomach troubles from Pizza! Becareful!

Honestly so disappointed on manger when I called them in Saturday night 7/29/2023 I called and said I bought pizza from them three times in a row from this place and just truly disappointed and they keep getting my order wrong or makes the pizza TERRIBLE!!! In all honestly I ask to give me redo pizza or refund me in a very polite, respectful, and generous manner because I was once food handler employee and I know it's tough making food but the manger was so honest disrespectful and told me to buy another pizza somewhere else and never gave me chance to speak and this manger who I spoke in the phone should get fired immediately after I ask for refund. I still have faith on you guys for this company because Pizza Hut is great Pizza to eat but if y'all being rude then I'll take my money somewhere else but for now I'm not ordering pizza from this place for temporary time but I still have faith later on future. Have a nice day

Overall, the store is speedy with the orders, it has good food their wings are really good, the pizza and deals are good as well. If you're looking for an All-American Pizza dinner with plenty of varieties including desserts and drinks, Pizza Hut is your restaurant. You can order online, have it delivered, pick it up, or curbside pick up as well.
