Doordash and Pizza Hut. A bad combo of terrible service. Placed an order, tossed to five drivers and never delivered. Attempted twice. I was hoping to switch to pizza hut.I guess it's back to dominos. Actually, no more pizzas for the rest of the year. Thanks guys.

I ordered a large Pepperoni Lovers pizza, and I received a large cheese pizza. When I called to let them know, the lady laughed and said I ordered with NO Pepperoni, which doesn't say on my order. She didn't offer any kind of assistance what so ever. Just that it was my fault, which again my order says otherwise! Now I know why the other reviews say don't order here.

The service was amazing given that the apps we use for all of these mobile orders do not communicate with the stores pickup so when it says your order is ready it doesn't even necessarily mean they have begun preparing it yet the apps lie to us and the stores are oblivious

Worse place to order food from. The service was horrible and don’t tell people they use door dash for delivery. Jay the so call manager has horrible customer service and argued with me over the phone. I will be calling and speaking with Julio in the morning. It took over an hour to receive my food. Better off eating little ceasers. Good management is really hard to find these days. Whatever you do never order from this location 83rd ave and Indian School.

I find it really tacky that when you go to PICK UP your food the cashier asks you to leave a tip for the cooks. I didn’t order DoorDash or order delivery because I didn’t want to spend unnecessary money on tipping. But to my surprise when I went to pick up my order, that I used my own gas for I was asked to leave a tip. I know dang well you guys make an hourly wage to do your job. You’re not making less than minimum wage or a server wage at Pizza Hut. What did you do other than make the food that you’re paid to do that would grant you a tip? the tipping culture is insane and I’m sorry Pizza Hut but this is tacky to have you employees asking for tips on a pick up order: won’t order here again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION!!!I placed an order online and the total including tip came up to $41.02. When trying to submit my order, it stated it wasnt going through. I checked my bank account and was charged $49 and $48. I called Pizza Hut all for them to say they had no order and since they could not see an order there was no way to refund. Called the actual location and spoke to the GM who raised his voice and said "No order, nothing I can do. Figure it out." Bank stated I have to wait for it to fall off on it own. Went down to the location physically and spoke to the AGM who stated it has been an ongoing issue since super bowl and that it just happen to someone else the day prior. I stated if that was the case, the website needs to be shut down for maintenance or a message should inform the customers of such. Now it has been 6 days and still this transaction is pending. Also they offered nothing for the inconvience. Just a basic sorry, this happens a lot.

I tried to call and make an order for delivery they took my order, but didn't take my card info. Then I couldn't cancel to make a new order. Then I called back, and talked to someone else and she updated my information. We waited almost an hour and a half, and the delivery guy comes, and says the card update messed with the computer and the food can't be delivered. But they already took the money from my account. Worst service ever. None of the employees at this location answered the phone. And the call service is a place in Texas. What kind of country do we live in, we can't call a mile up the road to order a pizza anymore? Despicable.

Don’t even try to talk to the manager Jen she has the worst attitude and takes no accountability for how bad some of her workers are. There is absolutely no professionalism when it comes to her at all and she should be fired. Never have been to a Pizza Hut that has service like this! Very disappointing to say the least.
