The food was good, but had problems. We ordered via the app, the box dinner with brownie. When we get there to pick up meal, they gave a cookie instead, would take 10-15 minutes to replace item, we didn't want to wait for that. Get home there is no marinara sauce in box. They didn't appear busy for a late Friday night, and they were nice enough, but again do we have to check every item before we leave the store. How about just making the order correctly, and thus no problems. In today's world the food is more expensive, and there is NO response from store to say well you don't have to pay for something you didn't order. We want to be customers of yours, but we want our order to be correct as well. As customers, we aren't getting a fair deal. It would be nice for ownership to take responsibility for this.

If I could rate half a star I would. Don't order from this place, especially don't order fries. I have ordered fries 3 times from this place and they always come half empty I called to complain and was told that, "that's how they are portioned" don't let them take all your money for half the product!!!!!

Delivery never showed up when I ordered on the pizza hut website, they gave my order to a door dasher and when I contacted the door dash person he just explained that he was going to cancel my order just because it was "too far". This is ridiculous, my family and I have been waiting since 10 and it is now 12am. Just to find out our food isn't coming, now we gotta have sleep for dinner. Thanks a lot for making my family and I wait for nothing and still hungry. HAVING SLEEP FOR DINNER TONIGHT!!

I had forgotten how freaking amazing pizza hut is. The customer service is amazing, and the food is amazing. Let me tell you this story: A few weeks ago, we stopped by. I always forget to get their names when I have the best experience ever. He was a young man stating he was the manager. In the restaurant, it has teenage mutant ninja turtle boxes up on the wall as displays from one of the employees coloring them. I have my little girl who's an amazing artist and my boyfriend who's obsessed with the turtle, lol. I asked if we could get extra boxes so my little girl could draw and color them. He was so kind to cut some boxes and give us the lids. My little girl was so happy. Besides how great the food is, the customer service here was such a blessing. Beyond how the littlest things can make not someone's day but someone's experience the best memory ever!! ❤️❤️??

I went in to want to buy a pizza and I don't speak much English. There is a black person on the night shift at 7:00 pm and he behaved very arrogant and in a bad mood and I answered everything he told me with the little I know how to speak. a question about the pizza and he just ignored me I won't go back to this place it's always the same..

My man and I ordered a cheese pizza with cheese stuffed crust. Seems simple enough, right? We were utterly disappointed when we received our pizza to see the cheese was burnt. The only actual cheese on the pizza was spilled out cheese from the stuffed crust. The cheese in the stuffed crust was crumbly, it was clearly overcooked. We attempted to eat it, but he spent a lot of money on this and felt we were owed either a refund or a new pizza. The only good thing about this experience- that they were quick to answer our call. They were also quick to send another pizza with no question. To our dismay, the second "make up" pizza was slightly better, but not at all what we wanted or, quite frankly, deserved. Do yourself a favor, and do not order from this specific Pizza Hut location. Unless you want to get your heart broken by not having good pizza.
