Poor customer service. They use door dash for delivery and your order is always wrong or missing items. You call them and you get the call center where they outsource calls. They transfer you to the store and no one ever picks up. They are truly scamming customers and should be ashamsed! Won't order again.

Overseas .. who can't even help youYour gonna pay pizza hut a delivery fee and then they use door dash driver .. pizza hut delivery fee is for the corp to pay insurance if a driver gets in a wreck but won't cover a door dash driver ...Door dash driver shows up with 3 kids in a car crying and starving...marijuana odor..I told them just keep the pizza ...I will drive to Culver's to get some fresh food enjoy... Please get car seats ...

I patiently waited 5 minutes to be helped then the lady approaches very rude for no reason with headphones in her ears acting like she cant hear me 2:53 pm on 1/4/24 so i politely informed her she had dookie in her teeth well i said $hi£ respectfully so jus beware of the rude

Wow! The lady at the front counter has absolutly the worst customer service period. Couldnt do basic math, was rude and basicly threw my change at me. The only saving grace of this trip was pizza is good and the young lady who was cooking and working all alone was polite and friendly. Poor kid was slaving away to try and keep up with everything. She gets 5 stars just for her effort.
