I placed an online carry out order in advance that I never got. I waited 40 minutes for my order before leaving due to the amount of people ahead of me coming back to complain about their order being wrong. Don't recommend coming to this location.

idk whats wrong with the workers…they see you standing there and they continue to work without going to the front to ask what the costumer needs. Until the costumer actually says something like “excuse me”then they go to the front. I stood there for a whole 5 min. They serve me a discussing salad with 3 wet pieces of lettuce and wet croutons. the tomatoes were old and they made me sick . The breadsticks were given COLD and it took them 15 min to make my food went back and still was not ready. The one guy there burped in front of me. ew never again.

This place is really horrible. I ordered 2 times on online. And the packaging is not covered properly. It takes 2+ hours to get it delivered they don’t make the food on time. And if u call no one answers. I’ve spent more than 20 dollars on an order just for it to arrrive in 2 hours w no explanation. And the packaging is very accessible to anyone, it’s not covered or taped. The food come very late and is cold and disgusting.

The order was not correct. The breadsticks were half baked. Unable to reach the store by phone call. The employee explained there was only 2 people working and couldn't answer the phones. I would not order again from here.

Adriana went above and beyond her sense of urgency and care is unmatched. The store was so clean and smelled amazing. Her uniform and outta appearance made it easy for me to feel safe eating my food. Just a overall amazing experience, she's great representation for Pizza Hut!!! Great job I will definitely start coming back again.
Went in to put in a to go order. Nobody came to the front and when they finally did say hi they came washed their hands, so I thought they were coming to take my order but then the other coworker says something and they just continued to make pizza after pizza and that’s cool but I had to leave and find someplace else.

I got delivery got my pizza late then the pizza was all raw this is the worst spent 76.00 ? bad customer service can't get no one to pick the phone up yall are wrong I want my money back o wait no one will pick the phone up welcome to pizza 2023 don't spend your hard earned money here no refunds were are the signs on the website???

Ordered the big box dinner deal, 2 pizzas, breadsticks which I upgraded to the cheese sticks and boneless wings cost about $30. The pizza and the breadsticks were undercooked. As a topping we had bacon, which also wasn't cooked all the way on some pieces. The pizza because undercooked was very doughy and we couldn't even eat it. The same thing with the breadsticks. I didn't have the time or want to drive back to have them cook it longer as it should've been done right the first time, so I had to just warm up the oven and cook it until it was done myself. Very disappointed my first time using that location which is closer the the 51st and baseline location which I've not had an issue with so even tho it's farther I'll probably just use that location next time.

Why can't the delivery driver's read the instructions for the delivery? Twice this has happened to me, I've requested Contactless Delivery, but yet, they continue to ring the doorbell and wait for me to come to the door. It's quite annoying. This time, the lady was on a personal call while she delivered. I also ordered the Big New Yorker pizza, which was supposed to be cut into 6 xl slices, but it was cut like a normal damn pizza. I mean it's pizza yeah whatever, but it's the principle.
