They use Door Dash to deliver their food now. Door Dash steals the order. This is what happens when you get rid of the Pizza Hut deliver drivers. Is you order delivery, YOU may or may not get your food. Door Dash doesn't fire the people who steal. I've followed up on this
Note that the best thing to do is go online and use the Deals menu to get various discounts. These deals aren't displayed in the store. Note that you can add multiple deals to one order. As such, I used the deals menu to get a large stuffed crust pizza, a medium pizza, and 10 mini Cinnabun rolls. First thing I noticed is that the medium and large pizza are the exact same size. The location is too small to wait in the lobby but I liked the pizza we got and had no issues. I suggested going to this location. They have a wing stop next to it It's nice. Weekends it takes time but normal day or time it's quick and easy to pickup food here.
