Pizza was great. I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing, but it was so good I lost all decorum and self control. Check this place out.

Pizzeria Bianco has, hands down, the best pizza I've ever tasted. The crust is perfect and the ingredients are fresh. I never miss a chance to dine here.

First time here for lunch. Waited at the check-in outside and asked the guy/host if this was the right place to check in & he said, "Well you can read the sign, can't you" & we explained with seating inside & out, we just wanted to be sure. Not a warm & fuzzy start. Still, I had high hopes for the pizza with all of the great reviews. My husband, from Rome, is always looking for the authentic knife & fork Margherita experience. It was a great attempt but the sauce was quite bland & the crust was difficult to cut. Maybe it was just an off day/time or maybe it was just us. But don't think we'll be going back. Very disappointed on such a highly rated place.

Pizzeria Bianco is still serving some of the best pizza in the country. Our wait time was about an hour without a reservation, and we decided to go next door to Bar Bianco for a glass of wine to pass the time. The service and atmosphere were great. The staff happily let us take pictures of the famous pizza oven. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The food was mediocre and pizza is expensive for what you get. However, I wanted to point out that the service is horrible, and the waiter treated us with disrespect. We preferred to sit inside, but were told to sit outside in the heat (even though there was no line and an empty table being cleared inside). Then the waiter (clearing the table) poured out the water from the glasses into the grass close to where we were sitting, almost splashing us. He also came over and preemptively told that we are not allowed place a second order (not that we wanted to anyway). We didn’t feel welcomed to eat here, and will not come back again.

Overpriced mediocrity- the pizza had a good crust but was not particularly flavorful, and was tiny for the cost... had the rosa and biancoverde... underwelming.

We waited for about an hour, and when we sat down, the server took our order quickly. The pizzas arrived within 10 minutes (we got the margherita and the rosa). Immediately, when the pizzas were placed on the table, we noticed they were burnt/charred. The Rosa was delicious, even with a burnt crust (which was mostly inedible) but the Margherita was so overdone it was flavorless and almost not palatable. For $22/$23 a pizza, I would have expected better consistency and quality. Would not recommend this place, sadly.

Overall, giving this restaurant experience and food two stars. The pizzas, especially the margarita, were burnt. The service was fast but also felt rushed, which makes the wait confusing. We (2 people )arrived at 5:30 and waited an hour. The Rosa Pizza was delicious, but the margarita pizza was almost inedible, which shows inconsistency. Would not recommend.

I waited about 45min at 8pm without a reservation.I had the pizza, pasta and dessert. ( rice pudding- ???) Over all a really good experience. Would of been a fun place to go with a friend, alas I was alone.Staff was great and very attentive but not annoying. I will for sure go back. The bar tender is named Anthony so you know if they are hiring Italians… must be good. ?

Amazing pizza. Used to be my favorite stop. Now they charge $10 for parking in the lot or park a mile away on the street if you can find a place. Not very welcoming to drivers. Pretty expensive once you buy pizza, add gratuity and then another $10 just to pick up a pizza to go.I'm done.

Great pizza, but no take-out and hour+ long waits for a table. How are you gonna call yourself a pizzeria and not allow pick up orders?

I last tried this place 11 years ago and I have to give them props for longevity and consistency and they earn the 4th star. I came here with my cyclist friend who lives in Phoenix but has never been here - so this was a perfect place to re-evaluate and gauge his reaction as well. The place is quaint with outside patio seating and small indoor seating. Even though it was 90+ outdoors it was around 6:30pm so felt comfortable in or outdoors. They have valet parking for $10 adjacent to the entrance if you can't find nearby street parking. We had an estimated 30 minute wait which wasn't bad for a Thursday evening. We had time for a drink next door at the cool house called Bar Bianco which has a few choices of local craft beer. We were seated inside and both ordered our standard pizza order - I got pepperoni added to a Margherita base and friend got sausage. The pizza came out fresh from the wood fired oven a few minutes later and it was perfectly charred and chewy crust. The pepperoni also had the nice cups with some nice grease which made it scrumptious. We both easily finished our individual sized pies and were not overly stuffed. So all and all a great experience for us. Bravo Chris Bianco for keeping up the service and quality
