I love Popeye's, so this review is lower than I would normally give them. The chicken and sides are almost always perfect. During this visit 3/13/24 at this location the staff was very accommodating. I asked for all white 8pc and changed my mind at the window and asked for half spicy. They did it no problem and service was quick. I ordered the Mac and cheese as the large side. When I got home and checked the Mac and cheese it was burned dry and greasy I don't know how, and tasteless; basically old and should never have passed QC. SEE pics. I'll go back but I'll inspect everything before leaving the drive-thru.

This Popeyes is hit and miss. Depending on the day, you might get good food and good service or you’ll get terrible service and OK food. Last week I went there and my order was great. They asked me if I wanted sauce they gave me silverware and napkins. This week I went and I really needed to eat in the car because I had just had a doctors appointment. My order was incorrect and the person who took my order was not very great at customer service. I received the wrong chicken tenders, no silverware, no napkins and was not offered sauce. I had to ask for sauce, and then they said they only had blackened ranch. When I drove off I realized nothing to eat my food was in the bag and I had to eat my mashed potatoes with my fingers. Very disappointed! #googlereview

I have ordered from here 3 times. Every time I am missing the dipping sauces that I ordered. The chicken wings aren’t bad but it would be nice to actually get my entire order.

It always takes forever, if they even remember you are there. My red bean and rice was a smear of bean and a small scoop of rice and I mean small. It's a hot mess but the only Popeyes in the area.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, it's the best!! But, the drive thru employee, didn't say hi or anything!..just the total!! I'm spending my hard earned money at your establishment!!..got my order,..no bye or thank you!! No napkins, or asked if I wanted any sauces!! He needs to be retrained!

I’ve been here a few times, most of them were good ,but not time I placed order 10 pieces chicken meals all the chickens I got burned and dry chicken . I never come back here again
The lady in the drive through needs hearing aids. Told her spicy tenders she gave me regular. Asked for ranch and buffalo sauce she gave me ranch and bbq. Half of their fountain drinks were out and my food was cold when I got home and I don't live far. Seems like their is always something going on when I come here. Either out of drinks or sauces. Hard to blame the regular employees for that but seems more like pour management. I will think twice before coming back here because I always seem disappointed. Maybe I'll go to churches or kfc next time.

My daughter and I walked in2 min the employe says next as there was a few patrons standing there, my daughterapproached, it was VERY apparent that as we did the worker looked us up and down only to then again after saying next not assist us we stood there for another 4 min b4 walking out. During those 4 min this worker walked past us Multiple times as if there was a cat walk Did the side eye the up and down eye spoke with his fellow employees around him on the opposite side of the counter. Again all the while giving my daughter and I a stare down. I don’t know what I missed with out words being said.

Did a mobile order with the app while in the parking lot. They were working on my order when I went inside. The lady at the counter was friendly. My entire family loved the food.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' meal that is pretty good.

all they serve for most days are dried out chicken that they leave on the warmers. some employees have attitudes when taking your order. only good experiences I get is when I order the 6 pcs ghost wings. sometimes a little dry but the flavor makes up. had some fresh ones once or twice.
