I went to the location on Central and Dunlap last night and the manager was very rude. I can say the day time staff is a whole lot better! Went to this location today and the manager made me wait. Cars in the drive thru as moving faster. There was only one person ahead of me and we waited 10 for. her to help us. You would think the General Manager would do something about his managers. Since he won’t I am going to contact the corporate office.

Pull up to the drive thru. I ask what types of chicken on the #4 she mumbles something so I said Im Sorry?? She then yells and rudely says each one in an ugly tone. Im shocked at this point on how she is talking to me!!!!! I pull up to the window and she stares at me from the counter just standing there. She finally comes over and I asked for the manger she said I am the manager very rudely. I said your the manager and you behave and talk with this tone to customers?? She said WELL IM THE ONLY ONE HERE AND I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING!!! I said as manager its your job!! She slams the window shut in my face. She wont provide the corporate info I asked for. Car behind me honking so she parks and goes in to get her order. Manager still not coming back to the window. Another car comes she finally comes back and says move I have customer. I said I will move when you give me the information. She prints a receipt and I asked for her name she didnt want to give to me she finally does MaryAnne. She has wasted my lunch from work I have no food because she is to busy having a temper tantrum!!! I have placed a complaint with the BBB. Her behavior and tone is NOT acceptable. I can imagine how she treats the other employees!!!!!!

Every time I go to any Popeyes not just this one. If I ask for Parmesan wings they only put the sauce at bottom of plate not on the wings at all…..

The owner of this franchise location should have it taken from them! Chicken is soggy w/grease and they're ALWAYS missing something. Sides are cold, bisquits burnt & the drinks are flat. I'll never return unless I'm craving a stomach ache!

They have a sign up and they are not honoring what they have. They said that is not the price and then they’re not have that.that is in the app and they said that is different than what they had in their store but the price is on the front of their store sign and doesn’t say that is only the price of the item in the app.

The first time eating at Popeyes and using the Android App to order. The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful and patient with me while I ordered on the App. The food was super tasty and I would recommend the ghost pepper wings.

Not happy with the chainTried the one on 59th northernRequested the regular 16 PCMeal. Again we got mixed bucket so we ended with chicken we couldn't eat. Same problem with the one on Higley and baseline. I emphasized to the one in glendale to the young people working there not to give us spicy but they mixed it anywayI don't refer anyone to Popeye's.Parking: Limited parking. Tight spots
