The Hispanic girls that work here are trifling! I have to pass this one just to go to a decent one. Every single occasion I tried to give this location a chance the girls here do NOT follow sanitary measures around food. Like coughing around the food without covering your nasty mouth, sucking on ice and fingers in FRONT of customers while taking orders and Not washing hands. When I called her out on it she decided to be a jerk and just wash the tips of her fingers with just water! These are grown women acting careless for a check. Not spending another dime here imagine what they do when no one is there!!! On top of all that grossness service is not even good like pick a struggle! lol smh I’m calling corporate this is unacceptable

I been waiting for an hour to get my food and they still didn’t have it done and there were other people after me that already got their food and was still waiting on mine it wasn’t a lot it was literally 2 small things and it wasn’t even busy horrible service

I ordered online and I ordered a coke but instead received a dr.pepper. I had also put on the Uber eats app “No Pickles” and they put cucumbers instead ? Very unprofessional and I am very unsatisfied.

They have never gotten the details of our order correct. Wrong style of wings, wrong dipping sauce is, missing items, every time and other than the chicken sandwich the food is poor to average with almost no flavor. Very disappointing and unfortunately it's close to my house so I used to go there more frequently but I refuse to go anymore

Call me weak genes or whatever you want but I got severe diarrhea the day after I ate the ghost pepper wings, which I thought was very interesting since the flavor was lacking imo. Not very spicy yet still destroyed me afterwards.

I ordered on DoorDash around an hour ago. My food arrived unsealed, items were missing, and I cannot get ahold of the restaurant. I called and left a voicemail. Yes, this could have been a Dasher issue, but it seems like a safety concern starting with Popeyes.

It's a shame Popeyes pre-makes it's food and leaves it on a rack for long periods of time. On the rare occasion I get freshly made food at Popeyes it's amazing. Otherwise mediocre.

Not judging the service or food, just the restaurant. Everytime they advertise any sorta if national popeyes buy one get one deals, this restaurant isnt included... Which is why i will never go. Why be part of a brand if you dont want to participate in brand offers?

As I left the review talking about how great Mrs Chicken is. Do yourself a favor and go there instead, the wait is worth it. The convenience here at Popeyes is not nor apparently is the brand. This popeyes is a disappointing offering. Dry chicken old as heck during lunch hour nonetheless. They forgot my coke and had to eat dry hour old chicken without it. Employees dont seem to care. Not only is Mrs chicken right across the street they charge less than Popeyes somehow and offering fresh hot cooked food that is truly 100 times more delicious. Its a shame that every church's chicken you find in a a bad neighborhood but I've been there 10 times the past 2 months and every time it was consistently good and affordable across several locations. The 1 time i eat at popeyes and a great location it was awful. Now you guys are dead last in my book and Im from Louisiana. Give chicken a bad name with your $10 2 piece. Church's is 10 times better and less than half price. No thank you Popeyes. ..

Went through the drive thru around 415pm on 2/14 and ordered ghost pepper wings, a spicy chicken sandwich and a reg red beans and rice and the only thing that was correct was the ghost pepper wings. I didnt realize they forgot to put the red beans and rice in the bag until i hot home since we only had 3 items i didnt think it would be that difficult to get it right and the chicken sandwich was regular. I tried calling 4 times and no one answered the phone! Im beyond irritated because this was our dinner. Every time i come to this location something is always wrong! The restaurant wasnt even bus for this to happen! Answer your d*** phones!
