The press is amazing. Simple, classic, smooth coffee in a clean, polished building. The Raw Peanut butter chocolate toffee bites were so good! Customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back on our next business trip.

I bought a small iced coffee priced at $6, but to my surprise, the establishment added a $2 tip (33%) to my bill without my consent. When I inquired about this, they placed blame on me and expressed that they were not interested in my business. Additionally, I feel compelled to mention that this establishment appears to discriminate against Muslims.

Getting iced coffee? Great, NP. Getting hot coffee? Don't bother trying the lids. Mine leaked terribly, and I saw others experiencing the same thing. One lady dumped her coffee out in the parking lot. The atmosphere was fine & the workers were solid (aside from disregarding the "leave room" instruction). I would expect much better given the price & ambience.

Great chai latte! Nice atmosphere and good people working there. It can just be slow at times and the mobile app does not allow for selecting options we like so we have to wait in line every time.
Good coffee but expensive. Also they accidentally made me two drinks and i only paid for one, i brought to their attention and they just took it. Weird that they just throw it away instead of offering it to me or someone else.

I loved this place. They were able to accommodate the flavors that I liked without any issues. The result was amazing. Had a vanilla/honey/cinnamon latte ? and a bagel. Both were delicious. I would go back and recommend it to anyone. I liked it better than the other overly priced, extremely sweet dessert coffee place that's on every corner. I would seek Press out in the valley from here on out. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. They also have cups if that's your drive. ?

I traveled to Phoenix this weekend for a gymnastics competition, and stopped here for my essential coffee fix prior. I had my 3 daughters with me; and the gymnast was in an emotional headspace. We took our sweet time ordering and sidebarred about different choices in front of the employee. He had long red hair and a beanie, but unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. After we received our drinks, the gymnast was sitting off to the side fighting back tears and I was trying to cheer her up. He came up behind me and said, 'I don't know which of your kids wanted to try our iced tea with simple syrup, but here you go!' Then the quote board behind him changed to a positive message about clouds shifting. I don't know if he made that happen or it always does that, but the moment made my energy shift and changed the trajectory of my day. I hope he knows that his kindness will never be forgotten by me, and any management at Press knows he is exactly the type of employee you want representing your company. Also, each of our 6 beverages were fantastic! I will absolutely return and continue to recommend Press.
