It was our first time at this location. Customer service was good. The food was delicious. We ordered the all you can eat shrimp, New Orleans salmon, and calamari. Biscuits are served at the table complementary. I did not like the strawberry lemonade it tasted like flavored water. The booth seat I was sitting in was torn and needed to be repaired or replaced. I do recommend this location.

Our server, Julie was outstanding terrific and wonderful. Service was great! The two of us each had the Maine and rock lobster feast and appetizers and desert, all cooked to perfection! And a bottle Of Chardonnay. Great day before Easter dinner.

Went for Shrimp Fest! So many choices of shrimp, but my favorite will always be shrimp on a skewer. The side salad was fantastic, filled with mixed greens and vegetables. The service unfortunately was extremely slow. I had the "all you can eat" shrimp , and there was a long wait between each request from our table.

Food was great and service was amazing as well. Our waiter Angel provided us excellent customer service. He provided us great recommendations on the menu and was able to do so in Spanish as well as he is bilingual. Loved his energy hope to come back soon with him being out waiter again.

After a long day of work decided too have dinner here with my wife and kids service was ok besides me ordering the endless shrimp and getting food poisoning ending up in ER and off of work for 3 days manager showed no concern she stated that all see food is cooked fresh daily I ordered a shrimp scampi serving which came out too quick I mentioned it too manager and she said it was probably made for another table and was given too me since I ordered the same definitely will not be going back here to this location

Omg food was horrible. I was really shocked!!. Fish and chips 19.99 a plateWe had more crusty breading than fish and didn't seem fresh as well as the Coleslaw which we didn't bother to eat.ugh. and we've always known red lobster as a good restaurant but not anymore. You don't get the service and food quality is very poor this time around! I even took a pic ofnit to send it in!! Then I asked for a lg diet pepsi and I get a 12 oz can for $3.00! They didn't even mentioned no fountain drinks available..is can drink okay!!?? Wowwwww.
