New favorite for thai food! Medium is the perfect level of spice. Blown away by the flavors here! Loved the stir fried basil and pineapple fried rice!

The food is excellent!!!Note that due to staffing, they don't offer dine-in, but you can still eat there (what I mean is, they don't have waiter service). The food truly is delicious, but I highly recommend you to call your order ahead. Otherwise, you'll have to wait

Even though it is a call or schedule to go it is phenomenal! If you choose to sit there, they have all of the paper goods that you need, and you just throw your trash out when you leave...it is worth going there. The food is always fresh and delicious! The owners are so kind...it is a must try!!!!Michele and Howard

We were so looking forward to their usual good food and was sadly disappointed. We ordered crab wontons, wonton soup, pad Thai, Basil chicken, and big fresh noodle with chicken and extra rice.. All the noodles were extremely dry as was the beef in my pad thai. I called to let them know to he poor quality of the food this time around and the owner said she'll "let the kitchen know" We spent $85 on food that is now in the trash except for the appetizer, rice and soup. Never again will we order from here.

Love this restaurant! I frequent this spot and am eager to refer people to come here. Always feel welcome and staff is phenomenalJust wanted to add to my review from 7 years ago this is still my favorite and only Thai restaurant I go to. The complaints for this establishment are stupid and shouldn’t sway anyone from going there. As far as the long wait, that’s due to people wanting to eat the food so ya there’s a wait and everything is made fresh. It’s well worth the wait.

They are not officially "dine in." But you can order and eat it there. But omigosh, the food is delicious!

We went to Reign of Thai on a Saturday evening with great anticipation but were disappointed in the food. We ordered the fresh spring rolls with shrimp which were very good. They were a nice size and very fresh. We also ordered the pineapple Thai rice and pad Thai with chicken. Both meals lacked flavor. We ate at the restaurant but they are currently not serving inside the restaurant. You get your meal as take out but just eat it there. All of the styrofoam containers and plastic utensils were not appealing — especially for the price. The rice was $17. We will be looking for another Thai restaurant in the Phoenix area unfortunately.

Recently ordered takeout from Reign of Thai and I've gotta say, I think their green curry might be the best I've ever had in my life, that's not an exaggeration. Everything was so fresh and so flavorful, there was a ton of protein in the curry (I feel like sometimes with takeout curry, the amount of protein can be sparse). If this is what their takeout is like, I can only image how much better their food is fresh out of the kitchen. This will definitely be my go-to Thai restaurant.

So sad to see this formerly great restaurant squandered and destroyed. The former dining area is completely vacant and only to go orders are allowed. Plastic utensils in plastic boxes, to go food does not always translate as good as eating in.

Great choice for Thai. We had the veggie basil, level 2 for heat. Even at a 2, I definitely got a slight kick from the heat. And I try is a really nice heat rather than deliberately shaving heat for no reason. I'll try it a 3 next time. And , their spring/egg rolls are the best I've found in my area. I'd go back just for the spring rolls but I'll be back again for sure. Don't miss this divine experience. We also got veggie fried rice. Yummy. The rice is perfectly prepared and there are. Tons of veggies to boot.
