Great experience at restaurant progress. Food was was on point flavors were incredible on the pork belly I had. My wife had the tagliatelle and we shared the burrata. Love finding a place like this when traveling for work. Small bar area but great vibe with tables all over. Cool interior but the food, cmon, thats why we write this stuff. Tuna crudo, hands down, best ive ever had. There menu seems small but thats a good thing because they do it all right. Pasta dishes were amazing and i dont eat a lot of pasta. We received outstanding service and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.Given the price point of the menu I feel the food could be a bit more unique.Also, the dishes would benefit from being more balanced in seasoning - there was a tendency of every item on the plate having heavy, homogeneous flavor, so taste buds tire quickly.
