Customer Service does not really make me want to become a repeat customer.You have to give your customer a reason to make this a must have after dinner or a nice sweet/dessert during the day. My first job ever was a Rita’s on Mill. I use to be a catering manager and lead, and this is a must enjoy experience for families.I got the wild black cherry misto shake.

Super yummy custard/ice cream! We got the Reese's concrete and it was so yummy! Lilly was very sweet. Great service. I do wish the custard had different sizing options but I love all the options of styles here!

It was a spur-of-the-moment stop. Actually, how can you NOT stop when going by an ice cream store? I grew up in an Italian neighborhood and it seemed like all the little local shops sold Italian ices. That's what caught my attention with Rita's. The staff was friendly and offered samples. I must say that the black cherry ice was incredible so I'm not sure why I suddenly went with the vanilla custard. Rich and creamy, there is something incredibly decadent about licking up the goodness. I guess I've been behaving myself for too long. Time to go back!

First time trying Rita's Italian Ice and we thought it was delicious! My kids loved their gelati. One got it with cotton candy and the other with pink lemonade and they both devoured them. I got the gelati with pina colada and it was fantastic! The place was clean and not too busy for a Saturday afternoon. The person that served us was nice and helped us immediately. We will definitely be back!

We lived in Va beach like 30 years ago and they opened one we went almost nightly. My boys loved it. Now my son lives in AZ and took his daughter she wants it everyday. I visited this week and we have been like 4 time and going today my last day. The people working there have been great with us and my granddaughter. It is definitely a regular place we/ they go
