Food was good. Service was a little lacking. Waited a while to be seated and everything took a while to get moving. They weren't overly crowded either so not sure if it was staffing or what. Tamales were great with a subtle kick.

Rosita's Place has lovely decorations and is quiet, which made for an enjoyable, serene dining experience. I had a carne asada taco. The taco had beef and that was it. Cilantro and onion had to be ordered separately and cost extra money, which surprised me. The meat itself was dry and flavorless and had an unpleasant odor. The lackluster tomatoes in the salsa appeared to be past their prime and tasted bland. Our server kindly exchanged my taco for an order of flan. My friend was content with the burrito she ordered. The tortilla chips were probably the best part of the meal. They were hot and fresh.

This was a nice surprise. I saw this place near my work and happy I took the chance to stop in. First of all the chips are generous and nice and hot. The salsa is good. I've had the chicken enchiladas and then the chicken soup. My enchilada was all chicken, fresh and tender. Soup was also great! My husband was equally pleased.
Good tasty food, very busy at the time we arrived (2:30pm) til we left (3:15pm) so the servers weren't as attentive but we were also busy enjoying our food?
