The outdoor patio is a great place to take a break from the downtown hustle and bustle. Now to the sandwiches, which are off the hook. Perfectly balanced flavors and quantity of ingredients. They are also fairly priced to not break the bank just for lunch. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

How does one contact customer service for an online order? They forgot my cheese again (which I always end up paying &1.45 extra for and I'd prefer to have on the sandwich. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get my stupid refund. It's printed on the sandwich order but not on my sandwich. If I didn't get it, I shouldn't have to pay for it. I do still love their sandwiches, I just wish they'd check the order specifics and make sure they are correct. This is not the first time this has happened.
The Encore is my fave! I've been coming to Sacks for more than a decade and they never disappoint. They've got great lemonade and sides. It's a gem!

Sandwich was amazing! Loved everything about it and will definitely return again. It has Nova Lox (Salmon), avocado, lemon cream cheese with capers, sprouts, red onion on a pumpernickel bread. Can't wait to try the other menu options! They could come up with a combo option that includes a drink and chips :)

The sandwiches are excellent and all fresh, from the amazing bread to the packed veggies and meat and cheese. The combinations are delicious! They have gluten free and vegetarian options so of course I chose them for a 100 ppl luncheon. Delivery and set up was 5/5 and everyone was beyond happy with the food and their cookies. Most people already knew Sacks and said they need to go there more often. The people who work there are all so nice. Highly recommend!!! 10 out of 5 stars!
