Service here sucks. Blond haired green eyed girl was RUDE. I was standing at the window because I went through drive through and made my order. I ordered my tomatoes on the side and paid extra and they gave me three damn tomatoes for a huge salad. So as I’m standing there the blond haired girl keep looking through the window but not coming to the window. She finishes the order she was doing and comes to the window looks past me doesn’t greet me or anything and proceeds to give the guy his food then after I said sometime about her rudeness that’s when she proceeds to acknowledge me. So when I asked for more tomatoes she goes and gets another girl and she comes to the window and tells me that’s all I can get even though I PAID EXTRA for tomatoes! She then proceeds to say we have to preserve and save our inventory. Never will I ever go to this location again because this isn’t the first ride encounter I’ve had there !

This was one of our very favorite places. The food was consistently good and the service was consistently friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the food and service has declined. Service on 12/11/2023 at 3:15 pm was the worst yet! Ridiculously slow and absolutely rude!

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1. This used to be a good location but I am going to start driving the extra few minutes it takes to get to the Kyrene location.Out of my last 5 trips here:2 times they have given me the mixed greens instead of spinach and romaine3 times the order was not even started yet when we walked up to the window for our mobile order. The orders where ready 20+ mins from the quoted times.So the last two times we used the drive through since our orders haven't been ready and this last time we had to sit in drive through for over 10 mins with only 1 car in front of us.1 of the times I was missing a dressing I paid extra for3 of my salads bowls where only half full of toppings and lettuce1 of the times they forgot to put dressing on my girlfriends wrapI am not sure what is going on at this location but literally have had a problems all 5 times I have been here over the last 2 months and I am done coming to this location

There were tiny pieces of plastic in my wrap. At first, I thought it was a pepper and I ate it but I soon came to figure out it was plastic. Still good though... I finished my wrap. Their menu could be categorized better with more "point and go options" to make it a faster experience. You can build your own but they do not have the list of ingredients listed on the drive through menu. I figured that part out on my phone. They were still very efficient considering the amount of traffic but if they slowed down a little bit they might be able to catch the plastic. They do not have jalapenos so do not ask... Even though they have a jalapeno wrap option.Vegetarian options: You can make things vegetarian or vegan but you have to search online for those options. Needs to be easier.

They are literally giving u half a salad. I added my dressing and shook up the salad. Like where is the rest of it. They are robbing customers of lettuce. Line why be stingy with lettuce? Insane.

I ordered 2 BBQ chicken salads and soup. They told me they were out of soup and they were out of mixed greens so I had to accepted all romaine. I said ok but when I got home there was NO avocado NO corn and NO Pepper Jack cheese! This was terrible!!! I tried to call store #1137 and no one answered. This is not worth the price. It has gone way down hill!
