Quality is always fantastic. Prices are great. My only gripe is at the soup. Portions are a little bit small, OK a lot small. But their salad and wrap portion size are absolutely fantastic.
This is a fantastic location, the staff here does a great job despite it being one of the busier locations that I have seen. Food is always fresh and I have never received the wrong order. My family is vegetarian but I am not so it is really important to me as far as the accuracy of the food I order. I will always choose to get food specifically from this Salad and Go.That being said the only thing I would warn others about would be the time of day they choose to visit this location. During rush hour, especially weekdays expect a healthy line as you will likely be waiting a little longer than usual. The staff weathers the storm well enough but just a heads up. ?
This Salad and Go on Cave Creek has been hit or miss this past month. Wednesday night was a big miss. I ordered one Salad and received 4 forks. The customer service was horrible. The food wasn't as fresh. Uncaring workers. Took 3 minutes longer to get my foot.3 weeks ago...everything was amazing !!

Quality and service continues to go downhill at this location. Each visit is slower than the last. Despite that I was given a burrito that had obviously been premade and sitting in a warmer. The tortilla was so dried out that when I opened the wrapper it just started crumbling. And yet the cheese wasn’t even melted. I hope they can get it together again soon. Maybe put more employees on rush times?

I just had the worst experience at this location, and will probably never go to another Salad and Go again.Last week, they gave me the wrong salad. I left a voicemail and emailed customer service but had no response. Today, I went to get it remade or a refund and they tried to gaslight me into thinking I was there two weeks ago when I had a receipt to prove I was there last week.When they charged me for my other food today, I said I wanted a refund because they only reason I was there was to get last week's salad corrected, not order another one. They refused to provide proof of refund via a receipt.I have been a customer for a long time and am very sad that this happened.

While I love Salad and Go as a whole, I do not recommend this specific location. The people are generally friendly but they always mess up my order. Every. Damn. Time. You'd think I'd learn my lesson by now to check my order before driving away, but on several occasions I have had to drive back to get the correct item or pick up what was missing. Luckily I live within 5 minutes of here, however this is still extremely annoying to do with 3 kids in the car. Just today, as I pulled away from the drive thru, we realized we were missing 2 of the 3 lemonades we ordered. Had to pull around and park and go to the mobile order pickup window to get them. Drove all the way home to eat and then realized they didn't put my dressing in my salad container and the chicken I requested on the side was missing. The time before this, I received an ice cold minestrone soup. How does that even happen with no one noticing the temperature! She handed it to me and I immediately knew something was off because the cup was not warm or hot at all. I really think that cup of soup I got was sitting out on the counter all day because how did she immediately bring me a new hot cup of soup if this one that I assume came from the same pot of soup, was cold. Anyways, once I got back in the car with a new hot soup, I go to eat my salad and it's covered in the chicken I requested on the side. I don't eat meat or else this error wouldn't be a big deal. So once again, I had to get out of the car to get a new salad. While they have always been accommodating to fix these errors, it doesn't excuse the fact that this happens every single time. I can overlook these kind of errors here and there because I know mistakes happen, but there is clearly a training/employee issue at this specific location. I can't emphasize this enough, my order is incorrect every freaking time! Never had these issues at any other Salad and Go I've been to around the valley.
